Hey wanted to let you know how much you are appreciated putting yourselves at risk making amazing content. Absolutely love the channel. I am also from NEPA and had no idea there was still so much to explore. Thanks so much for showing us all of the awesomeness and of course the sketchiness.
I’m born, raised and from Bucks County. You guys need to be careful. Especially wear respirators when you go to old mining sites. Pennsylvania was a huge player in the asbestos industry. Look and find a copy of the 1959 or 1960 USGS report, it will be a series of thick books. It will show all of the mining sites with mineral maps that used to be there and what they mined that were closed by the EPA when they were created in 1959. Most of those places have been erased from current maps. You may bring home more than you bargain for visiting some of those places. I also know this from experience going and visiting places. You may want to look for old kiln sites around that building. It may be an air pump for a lime kiln. That huge pile of crap in the warehouse area may have been a pile of asbestos. I wish you guys were a little older so you could’ve explored the Byberry mental facility while it was still there. That place was scary. I went there in the winter of 2004 2005 and it was like going to another planet.
@@7seriesmax I totally hear what you're saying. We try to spend as little time in these places as possible, but this location was definitely worse than usual
I cannot help but laugh and think about Super Sus and Kreosan Ytubers in Ukraine. They were using gas mask gear for Scuba in the abandoned flooded Cherynobyl power station units. Insanity !!! I was watching them back in 2019 They at one point were roller skating on frozen ice in there too, Radioactive Quad Ice skating, I have never seen anything quite like it as a hockey player LOL
Great stuff Phil and Tommy you guys make a great team ! That mine was incredibly well built , would have been cool to see what it looked like years ago ! That was Awesomest 😃 Thanks guys stay safe and have a great week !!
Great channel and content. You should do a live Q&A stream, I think it would be really interesting and would generate more viewers to your channel. More ppl should be watching your channel. Great content and really enjoy watching you. Stay safe and healthy.
your braver then me with them spiders hahaa. glad i stumbled upon your channel. love the history you've found.. and only watched 5 videos so far and i plan on going through them all. subbed and keep up the great vids
Phil: Wow, I almost fell in this hole. I wonder if I could climb down in it? 😂 Tommy: I can't pick you up out of there, brother. Phil: You'll have to go to the car and get the rope.
I saw this video the other day and commented that you should connect hoses to siphon out the water. Don't know how far the hill outside goes below the water table.
👷🏻🧔🏻 i think this building IS a good porsebillity to buy IT . Close to nothing IS rotten , also woodparts are in good condition , only Pipes and rods are rusty ,the Basic walls are in best shape . ITS placed right in the savage maybe the reason why ITS Not already sold 👷🏻🧔🏻👍🏻👍🏽 nice Video
What is this stuff for @1:55 ? That thing behind the sheet metal that Phil kept opening the door on was a furnace similar to one my dad had in his house in the country back in the 80's.
iMO , that is not fan , that is water driven device creating rotation that was applied by belts to the machinery , or even was applying force to energy generator, considering what is on the old picture
How come you guys don’t bust anything up? You could take a pick to those central cinderblocks and be done in no time making a hole. That back wall looks suspicious to me too. I bet you could bust a hole in that with a pick.
why you always wesring short sleeves shirt and even short pants, walking in the bushes, there is some snakes and insects, splitters and spikes. but i really admire you. you are one in a million, your hairstyle so nice, goodlooking and your body so clean and very tidy up without tattoos, like other men. you are unique.

Its amazing that you don't have more critters down there.

Chest Dip yourself down and Tommy would've to incline row approximately 240lbs up haha

Sucks the entrance isn’t accessible anymore.
That picture was awesome. Was wondering what it looked like in operation.
@ThAtGuY-u9d Guess what.. the water level went down and we got in! The video might not be up for a few weeks.. but it's coming
@ haha me too.
Super sketchy though.
Cool.
85? It is 95 by lunch here in central Texas. Neat stuff.
It's been 98 here the last couple days
yeah, but it's like 60-70 percent humidity here too. Feels like a western 100F
@@AlexR_44 hey I think the dew point was 78 the other day with 95 temp lol brutal
@@AlexR_44 Believe me. it is humid AF here too. Feel your pain
Yep, 85 degrees is comply. We have over 100 here. And I am not in AZ or other western state.
How unfortunate that the passage was flooded... it could have led who knows where...
I bet local kids never sneak into there and drink beer
Do you guys encounter many Rattlesnakes? we don't have any in this part of Minnesota, also, great video
@timheller8475 rarely but yes I've seen a few rattlesnakes
@@AmazingPennsylvania Thank you kindly
U, really need to make long videos of this mine and so on........
Couldn't agree more...
Part of this. Looks like the one you went into that had the snake at the very beginning
💯💯💯👍🏻
That's not far from where I live, I visited there and recorded a small video. If you're ever interested in grouping up, I'd be on for an adventure.
lmao 85 degrees lol that's not hot, it's 112 here
Too bad it was flooded! Looked like it could've been epic
I wonder why someone wouldn't buy this and make a very cool house? If more people this this how awesome would that be ❤
Could this be part of the old Knox mine?
@Tal5258 No it's not the knox mine but only about 25 miles away

Have you gone back to any of the mines that you have been to? since Toby creek opened up?
@@michaelvoorhees2891 Can't say that I have.. but I saw acid mine drainage coming out of some water culverts in the area in the few weeks after

No, it’s a fan to circulate air in the mine.
