Small nerf for soul: Increase the cooldown of Ethernal Grasp if (the cooldown stays the same if you are able to land the skill but if you miss, it goes on a longerr cooldown than it's supposed to have rn) cuz its literally unreactable and you just gotta be lucky that you pre-block at the right time to avoid it but even then, you can barely punish it. So a bit of end lag to Ethernal Grasp ONLY if it's fully blocked. And decrease the amount of time you can hold Maser Canon so that you just dont happen to start holding that skill before a gear 5 transforms
I say another nerf for Eternal grasp could be when the skill is blocked it should drag in the opponent but deal no damage and have the user of the soul fruit have end lag making that kove punishable

I played fruit battlegrounds for over a year now and I never rolled a mythical only a ts rubber and quake and some other legs but I never got a mythical I awakened my ts rubber last week this week I was soloing big mom with the boys one of them said we are gonna get soul fruit guess who got the soul fruit it was me I was so hyped that I wanted to record but I was scared they was gonna jump me so I ate it fast and got rid of the gear 5 fruit I had ts rubber in other slot so I awakened that again the thing is that was the first time i got a fruit from a boss and thats the end dont give up I know yall can get your mythicals.

This should be paired with some nlag so it wont be broken I think these buffs would be perfect in giving g5 a consistent combo starter and it would still be balanced

The problem: Soul fruit having 2 autoaim combo starters with DV2 levels of stun (one unblockable) and incredible movement speed in awakening with a COMBO EXTENDING ULT, with the moveset having almost no cooldown basically giving an infinite combo Zak’s solution: “Lets gut the final M1 hits of MagmaV2, DV2, and MagnetArms, (which nobody uses anyways), and NERF TALON SLAM(which nobody uses Tori anyways)” You cannot make this up😂

yeah gear 5 users rarely have functioning brains, usually their pvp experience is against people 1/4 their lvl with mid fruits in dressrosa during marco fights when you do find a g5 that actually knows how to press the funny buttons properly it'd actually be a relatively fair fight against soul
what do yall think of base Nika, to me it seems kinda lackluster but no buff can make it balanced without making it god tier. For example, it's only reliable combo starter (Neo red)is block simulator and the rest of the moves need close range and have high startups, especially red roc which feels kinda useless in most situations. To me, it seems like base just needs a rework. And the 1 skill is so freaking bad it is giving me testicular tumors in my brain. In theory it's alright but it's so hard to use and get off and not even 100 dmg with max drums. Dmg is alright but that's basically it, so for what it is, 1 skill is bad. Long startup and low range, tiny hotbox. Same goes for the 4 move red roc. MAAAAAAAASIVE startup just for your opponent to press q and avoid it. The only way to utilize the skill is abusing the s and to punish. The only move I feel is nice (aside from Neo if your opponent is literally my dog and doesn't block it) is 3 skill, good dmg, blockable except for the end, low range but dmg makes up for it. It's balanced and good all around, even combos into Neo. Works well with Neo. But wait. It doesen't. The range and startup is so bad you can't dream about hitting it raw on a good opponent, and Neo doesent really work most of the time because blocking exists, and that's the only real way to get it off. To recap, nothing can save base Nika from being boring to use, underwhelming and lackluster for what it is. Is it bad? No. But it gets absolutely folded by any good mythical fruit user and just feels like dough after that really hard nerf. Of course I'm exaggerating but I genuinely think base needs a rework on the 1 and 4 skills, or at least 1 skill because they all revolve around Neo, which is blockable. The biggest problem is you need Neo to use every move in the kit unless you want to punish with red or have some idiot walk into gatling. Someone, PLEASE do something about base Nika. It doesent need to be broken like soul, but it should be possible to start a combo in base. Moves don't need to be buffed to the sky, but it could use a rework on some moves. Like not a buff, just changing what the move does or it's purpose. Gatling I think is good, but maybe roc gun could be a ground aoe around the user that comes out fast enough to actually make the move viable. These are just stupid ideas, obviously don't do this. Sorry I got sidetracked about my original question, but holy hell, someone do something about this fruit's base, mode is good and delightfully balanced. Just someone do something. This fruit is also just not fun to use in base because you're so reliant on 1 move that only hits half the time, assuming you're playing an average joe. gear five got a buff that is way too op. they extended how long the mode lasts, and you can now use bajrang gun twice, meaning you can do 800 damage with only using one move

Possible nerfs: -make enthrall grasp reactable. It is unreasonably dummy fast and with fire pillar being a bypass they have to guess what you are going for to an unfair degree -make the first fire pillar blockable. This move is much too fast to be a bypass combo starter wigh that much range. -somewhat reduce the pull on maser cannon. Even if it takes 5 souls it often feels unreasonable to be expected to dodge it, you just get pulled in and there isnt much you can do Buffs: -zeus meadow block bypass -flaming sickle guard break These 2 buffs would make you actually able to guard break, but not be as bullshit as flame pillar

first off-make the pillars blockable in first form and take 2 in base if you mode however make it take 4 and block break and if you do that increase the cooldown to oblivion so you cant cheese with it,if you feel like thats too much (wicht its not in my opnion lower the hit box to make it take more skill.
ethral grasp should have end lag after you block so you can just throw it around freely
and last but not least you should not be able to hold mazer cannon for more than 3 secs its not fair you can hold it down for half an hour to punish other ppl.
