Jona is one of the best singers, who can really hit pitch, in very rich tonal quality and not forcing it like other artists belting hard.

I love that you pointed out her flaw. Because that's how greatest singers are: they have flaws, but that's what make them great. Along with these flaws are their strengths in style.
