This is an no mods *, vanilla, Cities Skylines let's play series with a focus on creating realistic city design with lots of detail. We'll be building a fully functional and efficient city with mass transit networks, tourism and industry including all DLC and content creator packs. The series is based on mostly live gameplay mixed in with detailing timelapse's. * I use line tool and forest brush to speed up the recording process and be able to produce more content for you!

For the lore of this town maybe two sisters Sally and Penny founded the town and had a falling out when they couldn't agree on what style restaurant they wanted as their town's local hangout. So they opened one each and constantly steal produce from each other's veggie plots? 😅

I thought the University housing had it's own zoning option.

@@fewcandy I just remembered in Skylines you cannot change the side the traffic drives on, I was thinking of Transport Fever 2 where we can drive on the civilised side of the road

Did u use any mod?
I use the line tool and forest brush mod in order to save time, but you can replicate what they do in vanilla no issues!
Since the the new suburb was developed and built up by people who work at the ore industry and you like the new views within it, why not call it "Miradburb" or "Miradville".
