When it was featured on TV before, Ebiten Ramen was introduced, and since then, the number of first-time visitors ordering Ebiten Ramen has increased significantly, and the owner is very busy.
It seems that the restaurant's recommended ramen is motsuni ramen, so why not order motsuni ramen when you come to the restaurant?
The shrimp tempura ramen I ate was excellent with a salt-based ramen with a good dashi stock and fresh ingredients that were carefully fried.
