Sir, I wanna answer of your one question respective to the undevelopment infrastructure in Muktsar i saw nobody told you answer very well , Firstly the Muktsar is underprivileged area of the punjab mostly people not know's about their rights , Politicians always makes a big promise near to the election but as usual after winning the election they forget the people & their promises regarding to infrastructure. Another major factor is from the past few years youth have been going to foreign countries to settle or employment purpose that's why none have been paying attention towards the infrastructure
2 . Traffic problem - It is the major error of the local administration because they don't takes stringent action against rule breakers this is the responsibility of them how to manage it, It's historical fair which has been going for many years Administration should make a roadmap before the fair how to manage this traffic problem.
I'm the native of the nearby village of the Muktsar .

The so called real marwari horse is clearly showing thick neck and also a lowered putha(back) these clearly not the characteristics of your so called marwari definition so please check your facts before you speak and also if the owner is so sure about the marwari characteristics of his horse he should have put him in the stallion category rather than display
