I think Martell is a whole mess but I did like the fact that he corrected TIFFANY about that Baby Mama term.

Martel did say that even after Tisha got work done on her body, Marsau still wasn't satisfied with her. Marsau, to me, acts like he's careful not to anger his side pieces with how he treats Tisha. Tisha ain't fooling me. She believes and knows her husband was in those streets with Martel. She's trying everything to be fun, protective and spontaneous to reel him back in.

Melody and Martell should not socialize at this time. It’s too soon. Melody needs to heal and Martell needs to truly take accountability for his mistakes. They were way to heated with mixed emotions. Thanks for the great review!
Martel was triggered by Mel mentioning the video, then Mel began antagonizing him. When the other ladies called Mel out for her behavior, she felt wronged and ran away, which she is known to do.
Martell and Melody just need to communicate via text and email. They fussin and fightin in this episode remind me of how I felt after the 1st 2020 presidential debate. Anxious.

I think it's hilarious that Mel is caping SO hard for Tiffany this season. Yet Tiffany went out of her way to dismiss Mel as a baby mama in front of the group AND in the confessional.
The fact that Martell recoiled, and even felt the need to check her speaks volumes.

I agree I felt that was very disrespectful When Tiffany called Melody of baby mama. No she was married to him so that means she is his ex-wife if anybody should be called Baby Mama it should be the woman that he had an affair with and had the side baby.
I'm glad Martell took up for Mel in that moment but I wish he was respectful to her face too. Some people can do and say whatever to their spouse/ex-spouse but you better not.

I can tell Tiffany was raised by a white woman. She has awkward interactions with black women. She doesn't understand the rules of engagement when interacting with black people, but especially, black women. The baby mama comment and her first interaction with the group was just plain weird. 😒😒

Tiffany wants attention for the reunion. She says all sorts of nonsense to make herself relevant. All the while, we see her as lacking a moral compass and reckless with her mouth.
The best thing for Mel is to pay Martell no attention.
Martel had been saying little slick things to Mel all evening. She finally snapped back. Maurice was the only guy that heard some of it and tried to stop him. The women were clueless what led up to it. Destiny didn't say anything because she was trying to access what happened. She knows Mel don't start stuff with him.

Personally, I am a master at “passive aggressive”. When I’m at odds with you, the space you take up does not exist to me. I can look right past you as if you were not there (ask my ex). It drives them crazy to be ignored, and the bigger their ego, the more it bothers the crap out of them. I’m a true believer of “silence is golden”. I definitely would not have even side-hugged him when I walked in the door. I’m not even sure I would have gone to the event. That wound is still too fresh!

Hey girl hey, Martel speaks to Destiny daily because they were best friends before she know Mel. Tiffany serves no purpose other than to test other ppl’s patience. To call “her friend” a baby momma proves that she’s still trying to see how close she can get to shady without getting put in her place, it’s time for her and that husband of hers to go their just not a good fit. Finally, Tisha has realized that she has been wrong for the nasty way she treated Kimmi. The apology is long overdue. Melody was absolutely wrong about how she behaved. She could have played the video on the bus while it was just the ladies. And Melody knew that Martell was gonna be there. She is doing things to antagonize him. (IMO) Martell is an easy mark and those songs are his trigger. And no one in this group or us viewers should want them to get back together. Tired of Melody trying to tell Destiny she needs to let go of her issue with Tiffany. And she can not follow that same advice.🤔

I agree with you about Mel should have stopped when Martell walked away. She disappointed me when she did that. Yes the conversation should not have been had on vacation, but the same result would have happened no matter when they spoke.
So does that mean that Tiffany considers herself a baby momma as well because from what I remember she don't have kids with her husband. I hope Mel paid attention to this episode and to the friend she was protecting over Destiny. I am glad that Kimmie and Tisha was able to end their argument and apologize and makeup. Oh and Happy Birthday Hope you had a happy and safe Birthday with family and friends. My 9 year old sister got COVID during her first week of school so we are now Quarantining. I don't even know why they opened schools back up especially with this new one out that is said to be easier to catch.

Because this was taped only one month after their divorce, Mel & Martell are both still raw at this point. Now, as much as they said Mel was "antagonizing" him, he was pushing her buttons first (gaslighting). She tried to ignore it, but he kept doing it and once the fire was lit, he played the victim like always. It was just as disrespectful for him to call her video bs or to keep calling her Beyonce or to call her a liar & aggressively arguing instead of having a cordial conversation. Both of them pushed buttons and both were doing too much. However, I really would love to see Martell take full responsibility for the demise of his marriage. I don't care if Mel was the worst wife in the world, she was HIS WIFE, the one HE choose. He should have left if he was that unhappy rather than cheating. He gave this chick permission to insert, disrespect, and vie for position in this marriage when HE refused to truly end it. Mel gave him 3 years to get it together (remember she didn't find out until after 2 years of him cheating). Waaaayyyyy more time then he probably deserved. He made a choice to not stop and then a baby was created. It was clear Coleslaw was NEVER going to leave him alone so why should Mel have stayed. That situation was never going to end; divorce was clearly the best option. At this point, Mel was absolutely correct when she said they cannot be friends. As long as he keeps placing blame on her, they will always be at each other's throat.
He was picking with the Beyoncé comments. But I think she should have left the co parenting and video conversation to therapy. It wasn’t worth them fighting on the couples trip. They were not mature enough to handle that conversation at that point.

They both were wrong. Mel shouldn’t have pulled Martel to the side at that moment. It was the wrong time, and he definitely should’ve disengaged,

Guuurrrll Mel is gonna have to find a way to deal with Martel. If they are going to fight like they did when they were married they might as well have stayed married. I don't even like Mel that much but I'm on her side. If this scene was shot around the time, when Martel did that awful IG Live. The one when he recorded their children, dissing their friend and her brother, get em Mel. I do agree it was not the time or place at all. However, Martel took the first shot at Mel. The passive agreement digs about her singing career(lmaoooo). How come we didn't see the men telling him those IG Lives were inappropriate? They have alot of sexual tension and frustration between the two of them. Season 1 Mel was definitely antagonistic against Martel. Sometimes the petty in us needs to be released.

I was talking to a co worker who said “yeah, my baby momma…” I responded “Your son’s mother?” He said “oh… yeah…” Never mind his son was 16 at the time. 🙄
Equally, I despise the term “broken home.” Sometimes the two parent hone is more “broken” than the single parent household.
I was raised by a single mother after my parents divorced and I think God she left. I’d be even crazier had my mother stayed.
