Susan, there are many hostels in Nairobi, it's an old business that is not doing well. Airbnb's have taken over. I am glad you are doing both - you'll get there.
I should have mentioned that it's a h Backpackers Hostel. That's quite different from a student's hostel and there wasn't enough of those in Nairobi 😅.
As difficult as it is to become monetized on utube, it baffles me that anyone would sacrifice their channel recognition success. Look at what aspiring creators are enduring in Nyobanze.They are leaving families behind and traveling to Marwa's to work for free, just to get a channel recognized. After your initial success, your viewers really enjoyed you as a person, not dependent on your "location" or travels. I hope you can resurrect your channel again but people forget easily and move on. Having a breakthrough on TH-cam, actually online in general, is like a lottery. I always thought you are very underrated. You are naturally funny and you have a certain mass appeal I reckon. Actually it just dawned on me who you remind me of. You have a striking resemblance with the US actress C.C.H. Pounder when she was young in the 80s. Most famously she played in the brilliant movie Bagdad Café. Check it out. Keep pushing. Kenya is always interesting for those who are intrigued but can't be there. Keep that in mind. Our content is most likely boring for the locals but not for others. It's also a good idea to combine travel vlogs with something useful or interesting for others and your personal interest or passion. For instance I combine power walking videos with my own music I make. How about showing some of the daily routine in a hostel?

Hi Beautiful Susan, it's so nice to see you I hope life is treating you well. My nose is pierced and has been for years and at times it will still get a little irritated. You need to get some antibiotic ointment and put it on the outside and also the inside of your nose using a Q-tip and then give the nose ring a few turns so it speads better and you'll be fine. Also, if you have a backing on it take it off and keep in mind even though it's been 4 months do not take it out because just changing a nose ring that fast can close up the hole. Also, everytime you change it out use antibiotic inside and out because it will slide in much easier you may also have to give it a little push to get it back in. Sending many Blessings on your new business venture...💗
I do use an antibiotic that they gave me when I was getting pierced by my God it's taking forever to heal. I wasn't expecting it to take that long but hopefully in a month or two, I'll be good😊.

Particularly, I am interested in TH-camrs from Kenya and South Africa. I find them to be more objective and fair to Nigerians. I am 57 but interested in the times. Miss Trudy got me interested in Kenyans. You and her both have an unassuming touch that I like. You are not the first Kenyans that I have been exposed to however. One of my good friends who is late was married to a Kenyan. She is a very polished sister. Anyway, this is not why I am commenting. I am not surprised that you are tired of TH-cam. I believe you are experiencing something spiritual. You are different. I know this from watching your videos. God has a different purpose for you. It is that burning discontentment with status quo that propelled you into travel. The Lord wants you to be His ambassador - an evangelist. He has given you all the attributes - boldness, tact, humility, and wisdom. All you need now is purpose, the message, and divine power. God has exciting plans for you along the way. You must surrender everything to Jesus Christ. He has purchased you with His own blood. He is able to open and close doors at will. Consider this a privilege. Cheers

Your channel was doing extremely very well when you were in Ghana with coco girl...Try to figure out where you went wrong and start afresh..its never too late. Me personally, i was getting addicted to your channel until you hosted Marwa's enemies and after posting videos with them they avoided doing the same on their channels, denying you new subscribers from them.
Ghana was amazing, for sure, and I had a great time there. It was very easy to create content there because there were so many interesting things, the people were warm and welcoming hence easy to interact with them and that's not the case everywhere else so the ease of creating content isn't the same everywhere. Also, there were a lot of people who just came to see what Coco and myself were up to, and when we weren't together anymore, they weren't interested, which is still ok. As for hosting Marwa's enemies, they aren't my enemies, and so I refuse to fight battles that aren't mine. I will continue to meet up and collaborate with whomever I feel like regardless of who they are not getting along with as long as I personally don't have a problem with them. As for them posting me or not, I don't sweat over the little things. It's their channels to do as they please with. I'm definitely looking forward to getting back in the groove of things and grow organically this time round with people who actually are here because they are interested in me and my content. So I hope you will hang around for this new phase😊.
You should move to to Kennedy the remedy and village it will cost you under $20a month to live ! Rent and food ! It’s we’re myungo lives too very cheap to live and it’s the youtube capital of Africa ! That’s my suggestion!

If you have a man who doesn't mind the camera...bring him in...share the channel and the expenses...make money together. We, viewers, are nosey and want to know some of your private life. And don't worry about picking up haters and retaliating against them by deleting their comments..they are the ones who will make your viewing numbers soar. Know what I mean? (winks)

Your channel was doing extremely very well when you were in Ghana with coco girl...Try to figure out where you went wrong and start afresh..its never too late.
Me personally, i was getting addicted to your channel until you hosted Marwa's enemies and after posting videos with them they avoided doing the same on their channels, denying you new subscribers from them.
Ghana was amazing, for sure, and I had a great time there. It was very easy to create content there because there were so many interesting things, the people were warm and welcoming hence easy to interact with them and that's not the case everywhere else so the ease of creating content isn't the same everywhere. Also, there were a lot of people who just came to see what Coco and myself were up to, and when we weren't together anymore, they weren't interested, which is still ok.
As for hosting Marwa's enemies, they aren't my enemies, and so I refuse to fight battles that aren't mine. I will continue to meet up and collaborate with whomever I feel like regardless of who they are not getting along with as long as I personally don't have a problem with them. As for them posting me or not, I don't sweat over the little things. It's their channels to do as they please with.
I'm definitely looking forward to getting back in the groove of things and grow organically this time round with people who actually are here because they are interested in me and my content. So I hope you will hang around for this new phase😊.
