That's mean Russia empire will have to send troops to fight in different borders... And you can attack him the empire... When you do that you will find some troops.... But not much like it was use to be.. (because the others are fighting in differents borders) so yeah... 2-before you attack him go attack somehow else (it should be weak)... So you can be stronger and you will have alot of many... (so you can prepare the army)... AND here you go
@@bunple lol ai are every easy to trick you can also use canons/artillery to dominate the battle field I manage to beat 16 units with only 6 with the help of 3 blast wave Canon and also I'd recommend getting high hp units if you want to utilize using blast wave Canon or normal canon
