Another very informative video. I'm a bit surprised you didn't point out that the fadingred.com software you mentioned, Senuti, is iTunes spelled backwards. Again, excellent video.

Could you augment this class with two topics? 1 Would you please show the proper placement (folders) on the hard drive for User originated source material. 2 Would you be so kind as to demonstrate how to sync iCal. I have tried to sync my calendars on the iMac running Mavericks and an iPad 1 like you showed on this video. I have consulted all the Help topics & or forums and I think that I followed the correct steps but success eludes me. Thanks Joe A.
I rented a movie from iTunes, was not able to send it to my iPad. The movie was in rented movies on my mac and not movies, seems there was no way to transfer to my iPad or iPhone. If I buy the movie I can transfer. If I'm missing something please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
I sync my iPhone and iPad with my Mac. I started using iCloud for this and my Info - contacts, calendars - kept duplicating. I took everything off of iCloud and disabled iCloud for almost everything on the iPhone and iPad, then got rid of all the duplicates. What causes these duplicates and what is the best way to sync Info so this doesn't happen? It was apparent from looking on the web when trying to figure this out that I am not the only person with this problem but I didn't find any good information on how to prevent the duplication.
About a month ago I upgraded my 6s to a 7 plus & I'm having some issues w/ getting my playlist to transfer over. I can ONLY play them when my computer is on & iTunes is open & I gotta be loged in. I've searched TH-cam more than once for videos to help me fix this Could you please tell me why this is & how to resolve this? Thank You

New converter from decades of Windows. So frustrated. Sorry I made the switch. I usually love your videos but I find itunes almost impossible to manage. give me back Windows and my old MP3. I dont understand Mac being "user friendly" Making adress labels was hideous.
to move from A to B a file you have to do NASA shit. Jessus!!!!!!!!!! Isn't easyer just to copy/paste a file from A to B without Itunes and Iphoto and I WHATEVER? Those "I" stuff are the first things to hide from a side bar.. Now really, how the hell can you complicate peoples life? I'm just pissed of on Itunes that's all..

I connect my phone up to my laptop everything's fine but one problem the icon for the mobil isn't showing up on my iTunes in anyway its not showing up its connected but its not connecting to iTunes
