Dear creative, this is a detailed tutorial on how to cut and sew a structured sleeve with puff
Note : This structured sleeve has a basic sleeve that guides you as you pleat the excess pleat around the basic sleeve
I used crinoline and boning for structured, you can use any other form of structured you choice.
