Even after fixing bolt tightly, my samsung washing machine pulsator is coming out and is floating in water. Should I change bush ?

Sir, i changed the roller of samsung wobble washing machine, and fixed pulsator back in machine. Problem is i tightly fixed pulsator but when i start washing mode after few minute's, centre pulsator screw coming off. Anti Clockwise rotation of pulsator, centre screw came loose and pulsator coming off. Kindly suggest what to do.
clean both bolt and thread and apply super glue and tight the bolt

Whirlpool has a plastic rod pulsator which is bad for clothes and LG has flat pulsator which good for clothes.
