Coronation Street: Stephen Reid Scenes - Episode 153

Another badly synched episode but that's common now. Stephen stayed overnight at the Barlows' flat. Sarah is concerned by the news that the baby DNA results are coming in (which means Damon is the father). Audrey tries to convince him to return to hers but he refuses. Stephen later forges the DNA results which states Adam is the father. Sarah is mad but has to accept it but tells her uncle to stop meddling. Stephen is later told by Adam he's having a surprise gender reveal party to cheer up Sarah. 28th July 2023,

For once I don't completely disagree with what Stephen did - yes forgery is against the law and it is better for everyone to know the truth but I don't think Stephen did it for his own gain this time and I can see where he's coming from. I know that Sarah was a bit shocked that Stephen broke the law and frustrated that she had no control over the situation but she could have showed a bit more gratitude instead of just complaining that he was interfering. Mind you I get the feeling that if they had not been uncle and niece then Sarah would have asked Stephen on a date.

I agree. I don't think he's a psychopath or a sociopath like the producers have obviously tried to portray him to be. You can see he genuinely loves his family. I think he's just very narcissistic.
