    Ron - A little feedback on the video. I'm not a fan of cutting to the down lane camera once the ball passes it. During the video I was really wanted to see the full shape of the ball going down the lane from behind you but I never got that. I feel it's kind of hard to get a feel for the shape of the ball path when you cut to a different angle as the ball goes down the lane. I don't recall your other videos doing this but I'm sure I'm just not remembering. Your videos are so informative. Thanks.

    This piece looks interesting enough. As of this moment the raptor fury is one of my favorite symmetrical solids I am on wondering if this piece could fit in my arsenal. I probably need something a little weaker though as I typically don't go to pearl until the end of the block.

    Like what you said about this ball! And what Motiv is doing with it. Shiny but not polished! Has a nice recovery

    Ron I appreciate your reviews very much. All the hype around ion max... but I went with The One Reverb. Love it so far. Can't wait to see what you think about the new Phase AI.

    I’m glad you are now reviewing Motiv. I recently purchased my first, the max thrill pearl. I have a leverage drilling on it, and it starts up early. With the factory cover 5500, it skidded too much for me. I’ve played around with the cover, and currently feel that 3000 is the sweet spot. At 2000 on league conditions, it feels too strong. It’s also a lot of ball for the money. I would like to see you throw it and see what you think about it. I think the Rush might be my next purchase.

    What type of ball would you want to use if your house shot is flatter where the middle doesn’t hold as much and the ball won’t come back if you get it too far right?

    • @Ctdbowling
      @Ctdbowling  วันที่ผ่านมา

      A traction ball would be best in that case. Type in the 4 types of ball motion into TH-cam to see exactly what that shape looks like.

      @surfboardshack3327 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Ctdbowling what if I have a tough time kicking corners out with a traction type ball? If I had to guess, I'd say the ratio is maybe around 7:1
