They are actually super important, for PvE you really need the BSH Dragoncall skill in the left column which allows you to cast a second Dragoncall on crit. The other two are important for PvP, the other Dragoncall gives Defense/Deflect pen, and the Dragon Helix one is less important for now with our lack of skill points, but will be important later with more skill points.
Hello! Thank you for this, very informative. I have a few things to ask : 1) can you tldr the difference between the bombardments/dimensional volley and what they are good for? I've been constantly using DV because it was very useful for the rb > 4 in sb. (helix) 2) how exactly do you play mirror matchups? I have a really hard time with them. I would be in gold (not bragging. high silver atm, a warlock always beats me up when i hit 1590~) ive seen combos like taking call instead of helix for counters against bastion, sanctum etc etc. i just get really stressed out and go into the "I lost already" mindset and in the back of my mind i stop trying, since I don't have much experience nor fun against them, ironically lol. 3) what exactly i should look for in abilities to counter certain classes? i've never changed my build (barely) when I get into pvp because I don't really know what does what (i know the basics, but not down the the grit detail like most high elo players{dmg set, brands, marks} so sometimes i have to spam a few of my abilities to remember what i want to do. ex I want to leech my target but i forget what ability triggers it. how can I help myself remember? thanks!

Have a few questions about dragon helix ; I've seen people repetitively spam it. How do you have the time between each spell to spam it? Also, there is a significant damage difference between helix and call. Is it worth the trade between the instant cooldown (which is given after thrash effects, leech, imprison etc.) in PVP? I've personally been fine with call, but I know a lot of people use helix.
So am I understanding this correctly? The warlock is a hybrid FM Summ, who is more combo dependent than FM but more versatile than a Summ? Subbed btw! Side note: I can't see this changing the pvp arena at all, which is a good thing. Looks like a high skill class and, if it's balanced, should make for some great duels.

I saw the same thing for the Force Master, but they seem to be able to combo with it a bit easier with their Grab, and setting up a Heatwave. +VoidEternal It's essentially another cc for them. You can keep them in the air for short periods where they can't defend from your damage. Usually you take Dragoncall and spec it for the longer cooldown and increased damage to airborne enemies and try to unload while you have them in the air.
That seems really difficult to time and pull off. Is it worth it though? I always found it weird how Warlock seems to be the only class that can't actually achieve anything with Airborne Status. Even FM has a combo or something they can do to people in air.
your bombardment in first tree 4th stage will benefit from keeping your enemy in air, so u can spam it for free and instantly, warlock starts benefit from airborne only in case that he has and use that legendary....
well do you have a recommended build picture/video? I dont play MMO often and I'm having a hard time keeping up with stats and everything :/ and in-game players are not the most helpful people around

+Ovonx If you're looking here bnstree.com/WL the two things I think are really strong for party play are: Spiritualize on the middle Tab skill up, and Circle of the Wisdom King on the middle skill up of Gravity well all the way at the bottom. I'm pretty sure these are some of the strongest party buffs in the game. You can also tier up Circle of Purification to be a nice little AOE defensive tool that reduces damage taken and gives a little heal.

+Berry Eriyanto Sanctum or Bastion? If you mean Bastion it just means it gives you a shield and the value is equal to 20% of your health. Yes you can leech as long as the target is branded.
Could you explain "Nether Pulse", its used by your pet but it says it only uses it on grabbed, grappled or phantom gripped enemies. Does the Warlock class have a skill that can do any of those or is nether pulse more for pve with others? I'm trying to decide if I'd have more damage potential end game when I get there with warlock with nether pulse or if I should change it out and use Void Slash.Thanks
+FallenOne777 If you don't put any points into Nether Pulse your pet will automatically cast it on enemies that have the Target debuff. If you put points into then he will only cast it on grabbed enemies. Don't take Void Slash in PvE dungeons with other players, airborne monsters can't be targeted by melee.

V(Wing storm) always fire 3 times. After first wing storm finish use F(Leech/Savage) to reset cooldown of Wing storm, after you use Leech you can cast 1 Dragon Helix. When second Wing storm finish cast 3(Imprison), during cast if you crit you can cast Dragon Helix, when impriston finish wing storm will reset. For RB, i recommended use Tier3 form 2. Its gain no threat on boss so you can't take arggo.
i actually stopped playing blade and soul. only hit lvl 22 on my summoner. i want to preserve w/e content is left. and replay the game from a warlocks point of view. just a few more days
Question: why would anyone use the other options in the tree with time distortion in it? I mean what's the point of having other options when this is so strong?
+N1nJaMuFf1n For PvP, you generally don't change out of Time Distortion, sometimes you will take Soulburn but it's rare. In PvE Soulburn is much stronger for group play as it gives everyone 50% crit damage and access to their awakened skills.
Can you give us overview on how hard the warlock got nerf'd. Is it on par with FM ? (PvP and PvE PoV) and even as nerf'd class can we hope to be competitive in the PvP scene (even if not hitting rank 1)
+YuriDSC PvE they still feel like one of the strongest classes, along with having the strongest group buff, they feel great in PvE. They basically had an enormous portion of their self healing removed on multiple skills, along with other minor tweaks to cooldowns, pet attack, air combo, and other little nerfs. +Jhovanny Solarte That depends on what you're playing. But no matter the class you play, go to your Martial Tome (press K-key) and look for a skill that has Awakened in it. For example, KFM has Awakened Searing Palm, FM has Awakened Dual Dragon, Warlock has Awakened Rupture, BM has Awakened Flicker etc. Depending on the class you play, some of those skills will have their requirements decreased, some will have their damage buffed and some may even have additional effects or types of damage. For example, Awakened Searing Palm will instantly place the Searing Palm buff on stage 4 (max stage achievable by this skill), the Dual Dragon will have its cost reduced from 3 Frost Orbits and 3 Fire Orbits to 1 Frost or Fire Orbit and so on. Also, the status Awakened will also give you Crit bonus and reset the cooldown of skills, things he already explained.

So since we only have 4 sec siphon in NA how are we gonna spam 4 and V for the damage and put time distortion into good use?
+Clouds HD 4 sec siphon is only on the far right side F. The other two still have 12s.
