Love the channel. Great videos. I think you have a little bit of a warped perspective seeing Zion grow up though. I agree that generally speaking NBA athletes are the best in the world and it's hard to understand for the average person or player until they see it up close or play against it, but the only guy I've ever seen that was close to Zion in high school from a size, athleticism, and explosiveness perspective was LeBron. They are truly unique in that regard and even compared to most other NBA players are on another level. I think at 6'9 / 260 / 35" vertical you are actually probably a better athlete than your average NBA player (based on those metrics at least). I think the average NBA player is like 6'6" / 215 / 30" vertical (these are just the mean from what I can find online - I know there are extreme outliers). Also worth noting, a lot of people focus on height but I think it is the crazy wingspans/standing reach that are really a difference maker for NBA players. Draymond Green isn't that tall for a big (6'6" without shoes), and isn't a great leaper (28"), but his wingspan is over 7'1" and his standing reach is about 8'10" which is close to average for an NBA Power Forward (if that position still exists). Having long arms is such a huge advantage in basketball and combined with his size, mobility, and motor allows Draymond to guard just about anyone.
