hi james a bit bumpy for the bismarck did it take on any water i just got mine and are painting the dark gray on bow and sturn will put black and white stripes on to, my aim is to put a rudder on and a small esc and servo will be a bit tricky but i like the idea of proper stering
Cheers! It did well however the 3 months or so I have ran it , it took on some water midship thru a couple of the deck screws.. Not enough to notice it maybe an 1/8th of an inch in the bottom. I sealed it with some silicone gasket maker all around the deck and screwholes. Good luck with the rudder! I think I'm gonna wait until I can find a bigger scaled model to go for something with a rudder.
hi you can put a rudder on ht challenger its been done however theres not a lot of room in back of bismarck a guy told me if you wont to build your own rc ship try starting with one of these if it dosent work well $50 bucks wont break bank lol .
