There's a large twitter community of us (we're called youtaite) and there's not really one centralized place to find info-but user @ChorusBattleCen retweets a lot of youtaite-related things so you might find some tweets about new CB registration. If you don't know anyone to form a team with, some of the CBs offer a database where available folks can sign up, or otherwise I'd suggest tweeting "I'm looking to join #exampleCB as a ____!" and include samples of your work.
