hii not kelsie but it looks like she uses tombow brush pens, which are around $4 per pen and $30 for a 10 pack (i live in canada though so not sure how much it is in your country). postage depends on your country, ik in the US and canada it’s usually around $1-3 depending on where you send the letter. it also depends on your letter’s weight; your country’s post office will probably have a website stating the prices. you don’t have to tell your exact address at first, maybe just provide your state/province and go from there :)

The brush pens she was using are called tombow dual brush pens. the cost differs a lot. On amazon.com some sets are $12 . And about $1 per pen. i think its available at ur nearest stationary store depending on where you live.
