Many years ago (and long before a fire destroyed it), Funtown Pier at Seaside Park (on the other end from Casino Pier at Seaside Heights) had a two-drop log flume that you could ride twice-in-a-row (for four drops in all). No theming, but that's the only log flume I'd ever ridden that could rival Wildwood's Zoom Phloom. This is the one ride I *never* miss when visiting Wildwood, and I include all the coasters and other flat rides when I say that.
Thanks for sharing about Funtown (never made it there) but love a good log flume discussion. Will we writing our top log flume video this week so keep your eyes peeled for it soon
