What Happened To KIDS' WB?
Kids' WB was an American children's programming block that originally aired on The WB Television Network] from September 9, 1995 to September 16, 2006.Kids' WB launched on September 9, 1995, striving to compete against the dominance of Fox Kids at the time, and airing on Saturday mornings from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. and Monday through Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The block was structured to air in all time zones, airing on a tape delay outside of the Eastern Time Zone to adjust the recommended airtime of the block to each zone. However, during its first five years, an exact timeslot was not announced on-air, leaving viewers to check their local WB station listings; since the programs had different airtimes depending on the local WB affiliate schedule in the market. On September 7, 1996, the Saturday block was extended by one hour, airing from 8:00 a.m. to Noon Eastern Time.On February 13, 1999, Kids' WB made a breakthrough when the English dub of the anime series Pokémon by 4Kids Entertainment moved to the network from broadcast syndication

Fox Kids and Kids WB was the best part about growing up in the 90s and 00s. From like 92 ( really 95 ) to 05 was the best. Nicktoons and Cartoon Network had great shows too but nothing beat Saturday morning Cartoons on Fox Kids and Kids WB.
Competition between Fox Kids and Kids' WB is Jamie Kellner's responsibility.
the funny thing is I grew up on their shows like Rescue Heroes and Animaniacs especially the former yet I never heard of KidsWB

Kids WB never ended, it just went fully computerised and eventually rebranded to WB Kids. Besides, Animaniacs Tiny Toons, Pokémon, Johnny Test and Yu-Gi-Oh are around.JT is rebooted as a web show and Tiny Toons comes back in a few months!!!

I watched Kids WB every afternoon after school from 1997-2001. After that when my parents watched to satellite tv, I liked watching shows on nickelodeon and cartoon network.

I grew up without cable until July 2004, KidsWB, ABC, and FoxKids & PBS kids were my networks. KidsWB & Fox had the best shows, hands down.
