I love this for me! As a life coach I love that i can instruct the bot to provide a TH-cam video link and it will actually add the video itself to the interface for my client to watch without leaving the platform. Only thing im having an issue with is a multi step bot not deviating from step by step. guess I'll be watching that video next! Thanks Pickaxe

Hey I’ve just jumped onto Pickaxe to build a bot but I’m struggling getting the bot to perform an action like send the chat to me directly is that possible?

If you want it to perform actions outside the scope of the chat, you need to integrate with API endpoints (like one for sending emails). That is a beta feature right now.
