I walked past tattoo studios in the video, there are quite a few along Jalan Benesari heading towards the beach and also if you turn right and head along Jalan Benesari towards Jalan Legian. I don't really know tattoo prices in Bali sorry.

airline prices now from Australia are through the roof and putting people of, its not the budget holiday anymore

Yes I agree that airline prices and having to now pay 500,000 per person for a visa to enter Indonesia and must have minimum of 2 doses of vaccine to enter are huge factors on why tourist/visitor numbers to Bali are very low.
