Hey Sonia....Just wanted to check with you...i have noticed tht in most of ur recipes you add the garam masala at the end...any particular reason for this

Adding Garam masala at the end keeps the dish aromatic .. If we add it earlier then somewhere in the process of cooking the real aroma of garam masala is lost so I add it at last & cover for 2-3 min before serving always
