Hi how do you generate conformer files from the ligand sdf file that you have gotten.
i've tried running bcl.exe but to no avail

Hi Varun, use 'bcl.exe molecule:ConformerGenerator'. For information regarding specific implementation, type 'bcl.exe molecule:ConformerGenerator -help' into your terminal. You can also use alternative software like MOE.
