Mine broke just under three weeks. One inch above the inner arch. I loved them and just wanted a replacement but ended up just getting my money back thankfully
I really love the texture/look of the jelly shoes. They also have a nicer sheen and are a little fresher than the regular leather/strappy/espadrille variations we see for spring/summer shoes
I'm gonna need the Margaux clutch. I can carry a tiny foldable chair,it will fit n it will hv its own seat. I'm no fashion girlie n I cnt afford it but I want it.
Another thing about the clutch. Like my little Abbey purse this clutch has a magnetic closure. Quickly your bag will get scratch marks from opening it. If that’s going to bother you then take a pass. I don’t mind at all that worn look my Abbey quickly acquired. The leather is super soft. That said, everything you showed us is wonderful. Thanks for taking us on your journey.
@@ritaroad thank you yes, I’ve mentioned that before about the saddle leather - scratches very easily - but I think so many Row lovers know and don’t mind. I love bear up bags. 😂
You look stunning! I love the look of the shirt with the white trousers and the shoes 👟 . The clear jellies are fun! Thanks for taking us through yours decisions. It’s such a pleasure to see you in this beautiful pieces here and on instagram
This is a huge clutch. I know as a bag designer that this is a decorative piece. If I had that Margaux Clutch, it'll just be displayed on the shelves for aesthetic purposes.
I got the Kavi skirt and I love it. It falls so beautifully around you, very elegant and yet can be styled casually too. I can’t justify the price for the cotton dress even though I tried it and I really like it 🙈🫣
I wonder if there is a trend to cast nature into wearable art pieces, I just bought the Loewe dark purple mushroom necklace cast in brass. I like the look of the single flower earring. I like the jellies if they are comfortable, my favorite flat clear shoes so far has been Khaite then The Row mesh, and Alaia for fishnet flats.
After getting Dark Taupe in 17 and realizing that it’s too big and thick, I ordered the Cyprus in 15, and I love this one a million times more than the 17 in grained leather. It is everything I want in a bag, the smooth leather is so thick and smooshy, 15 is perfect, and the Cyprus color is STUNNING IRL.
When you returned the items, did you get your money back or did you do store credit? I have never bought from The Row, & am wondering how easy the return process is for online purchases. I am also curious about the special store requested items, like the jewelry you mentioned. Do you just call one of the stores? Or is there a specific number you have to call?
Love your honesty about your thought process and this can be usefully applied to any brand/purchases, so really helpful. OMG dress with NO pockets - nooooo! I'm 100% with you - all skirts and dresses should have pockets in my world! Clutch looks amazing but must it has to functional, not just beautiful. My bet is that it will annoy you if you keep it. Good design requires beauty AND function! Don't you think? (PS glad to hear you take time and care with your purchases and posts - more thoughtful posts will win in the long run Vs first out of the gates)
I agree - they usually need to be both functional and beautiful. Sometimes, however, as a collector - beautiful is enough (but I’ll most likely have to send it back).
Let’s face it - that main ‘advantage’ of the Margaux clutch is that its size screams ‘Look what I can afford!’ It has several impracticalities, many of which you mentioned. Yes, as you said, it’s going to carry a lot. But can you imagine how heavy it will be if you even half fill it. And if you have such a large bag why would you not put a lot in it. I imagine it being like carrying your baby around with you!
@@NeelamAhooja Thank you for telling me. So that, I have the confidence to learn from you. Although, I'm sure that I can't do it as well as you:). Thank you again!
I am a little bit shocked by the prices and the fact that people are eager to pay them. It's like the higher the price the more people want the items. I guess it matches the salaries in NYC, because in my country these sums are insane... Edit: people can buy what they want and what they can afford. I'm sure that if I had the means I would buy some very expensive things. I just wonder if these companies are slightly rude to ask for these prices or simply genius...
A bit of both I think. And yes, it’s human nature - unfortunately. We want things we cannot have. I always want to highlight prices as part of my review because it’s a factor in my decisions and at the rate these prices are rising, I’m having to wait for sale more often.
I don’t understand how these oversized clothes look stylish on a short woman. They swamp your body and don’t flatter your true beauty at all. It looks like you’re playing dress up rather than curating a stylish wardrobe.
Well some of it was too large for sure but the rest I quite like. The Row is meant to be oversized. And you may think it doesn’t flatter me but I like what I’ve kept. Fitted clothing isn’t really what TR is known for and this is a very Row dedicated channel. To each their own.
I love them and one can buy whatever they like and suits them. True I can't afford them but I can certainly appreciate them. If I added up all the cheaper things I bought or things I bought because they were on sale and now never wear I could buy less but more expensive!!
The jelly shoes are soo bad! No matter if they were the most desired shoe on the planet, I’d say no. Funny how everyone has such different taste. And that’s okay. 😎

Haha! Foldable chair.🤣
That red color is perfect for you 💕
I love it so much but I just can’t justify the spend! ❤️
Agree! It was my favorite item! ❤
The clutch is gorgeous! A good medium would be if they decided to do a detachable strap, fingers crossed!
Hope they make a smaller version soon.

A great evening bag from the Row is the Camden but I don't know if they sell it anymore. The leather of course is gorgeous. A forever bag!

“They don’t get it” YES hahaha how my family reacts to my fashion purchases as well
The Jellies are cute as anything, I'd recommend brands like Juju Footwear, Melissa, Meduse, Sun Jellies and Zaxy. 😊

Oh that sounds lovely. I hope so, I love organic shapes in my jewelry. ❤️
Hello! I stumbled across your brilliant style, and was wondering if you had some insight into cardigans? I don't see you showcasing many
I’ve had a few of them in the past but I usually go for COS or Massimo Dutti for cardigans.
@@NeelamAhooja thank you for replying 🙂
Going to check those out!

Yes it’s a beautiful colour. I have the Everett tote in that colour. 😋 However, I’m a 17 gal all the way because it goes over the shoulder.
Your blue shirt is wonderful 💙
Thank you! The colour is pretty special.

a clutch that large and heavy is giving "emporer's new clothes". adore you neelam, not a commentary on you. thanks for sharing!
Haha! So true!
Is xs their smallest size?
I really like the clutch, but as you said, totally impractical.
Maybe a belt would be helpful?
stunning video! I was wondering if you knew what shades they used for their 24SS lookbook
What about your thoughts on Lemaire 😮 from a minimalist
Love this style of video, the unboxing and quick fire reviews are great. Just subscribed to your Substack 🎉
Thank you! Much appreciated:)

Yes it would be a bicep curl you had to hold. It’s more about how chic it looks. If they made a smaller one, I’d hop on.

I think if they made the clutch a little cheaper it would make people like it more. Everything looks great on you 🖤
Thank you! I think they need to make it smaller and less expensive. Then I’d have no trouble hopping on board. 🥰
I think you will keep the clutch. Why wouldn’t anyone want to clutch that beautiful leather clutchable object 😊
I wish I could keep her. I’m trying to fit it in to the budget.
I thought you were going to get the bangle
Still waiting for them to arrive. Delayed.
Omg. Cant wait

Roasted by your own family! Lol. I can't wait to see how you style it.
😂
Gasping...$1k cdn for a bloody tee. No disrespect but that's insane.
I’m with you. It’s why I’m starting to focus more on accessories. I can’t justify spend unless it’s a substantial piece like a wool coat.

Those mesh shoes are just like 99 cent store jellies. Sorry but not worth the splurge.
I totally respect that. It’s an indulgence.
