  • amzn.to/3P4LW6v The C.Jet Professional Electrician Shears just keep on going. The company contacted me about rounding out my collection so here are the final two from the collection. Both winners, and with some differences between each other and a similar (very similar) Knipex shear.
    On Amazon:
    C.Jet 7" Stainless multi-gip professional shear: amzn.to/3P4LW6v
C.Jet 6" Stainless heavy duty electricians shear: amzn.to/3P4LW6v

Awesome review brother I have a couple of pairs that I bought from the Cornwell truck... They were rebranded for them.... and I can tell you I have abused the crap out of them and they have held up brilliantly

First again, my friend, 🙋‍♂️. Great video as always, and very informative. I have a pair, I purchased for my son, as a gift, and they have been proven to be very well made, great quality, decent ergonomics, and great value as well. "C Jet" is a impressive, viable option, for electrical duties, cutting projects, and all around household chores. Glad to have a pair, in my son's "arsenal" 😁. Have a great weekend Doc, and friends 🙋‍♂️, -Paul.

Is that jimping for the stripper aspect? Put your hand around the whole tool, instead of just in the handles; get better purchase?

Very nice scissors, good quality. I have the knipex scissors, one like in this video and one angled. The knipex scissors are made in Italy by a company named Fumasi. They are producing a wide range of scissors. I have one for gardening and pruning and is my favorite. But one of the best cable cutters I used is made by Felco in Switzerland.

I replaced my orange off-brand electricians snips with the smaller CJet pair and used them routinely for 12Vdc wiring. They were outstanding while new, but over the span of a couple of months they got dull and I used them less and less. Im not sure if I cut something I shouldn't have, but they just didn't last and were ultimately not as long lived.

Check out the Park Tool SZR-1, it's a bit smaller than the other models👍🏼

When you compare Knipex shear versus smallest CJet, i saw one simply reason to chose the last one: the handels are simetrical on CJet. When i work all day with those tipe of tools, could be annoing to turnaround the shear if is not in the right position for hand.
Also, on CJet, holes for fingers looks bigger and that is a good point. I have size 10 (XL) on my hands and most of electricians shears are inconfortable for me if i want to cut small flexible cables.
Of course, Knipex is one of the best tools brand, i use it a lot, and my comment look critical only because those tools are not perfect. :)

First of all love your content and videos, very informative and educational. I was wondering if you are a tool collector / reviewer, or do you actually use your tools for work? All your gear and tools looks untouched / unused or the most part. Anyway, either way keep up the good work.
