@@SquirtlePower809 It’s a nostalgic feel to the chorus, it really made me vibe with the “Count it 123”. I LOVED the chorus, the first listen I was caught off guard and vibed with it. I had to listen to the song again to process and it really stood out for me. I feel like that song is going to be the underrated song on the album.

Yoooooooooo REAL! Butterflies is the MVP of the album. It is so lush and layered with gorgeous harmonic vocals and really unique and fun beat changes and cadences. It's just fresh and funky and yet still really catchy and beautiful too!
Nayeons vocals are seriously under appreciated imo ik she gets tons of lines in twice but she never truly gets praise for her vocals in the group, her tone is beautiful and she has great control
She gets praised a lot of times especially by non fans. Most onces just dont praise her enough because they blame her for getting many lines lol. Its not her fault the vocal directors likes her voice
Butterflies is hip-hopish, Heaven as an rnb-pop track, Magic sounds like a barbie movie song, Halligalli is an anime op song, Something is like a commercialized song, Count it sounds like an Ending OST
Count It is my fave b-side track. Backing vocals goes crazy, and the song itself reminds me of Just Like Magic by Ariane Grande. Especially the chorus, because of the beat.
heaven's backing track sounds like rv's knock on wood which is good 'coz all of the inst. of red velve't b-sides are top tier... not complaining tho- it sounds so good with nayeon's voice too.
Adrey I'm not suprised you enjoyed the background vocals on Count It, it's the queen Adora herself ! I know you liked her solo music so far and her voice always elevates every song she's on in my opinion
Butterflies is a PERFECT SONG!!! Gyatt damn its so good! It is stacked with lush vocal layers and harmonics, and the beat changes are so unique and have so many cadences and cool little nuances that keep the track fresh and funky from start to finish-- and the whole thing is tied together by Nayeons HONEY coated vocals!! Something, HalliGalli, and Magic are tied for 2nd fave (all 3 are stellar tracks and i can't rank them yet), Heaven is really nice but definitely 6th in rank order. And then...i hate to say it but Count It ruins it for me. This was ALMOST a no-skip album. I'll try to listen again, but damn i was so bored.
