- Rough grading at the slab house. I finished hauling the big spoil pile off ended up being 55 loads. Then I brought the TL12r2 back over to grade the hillside out and finish shaping the yard. I didn't get a ton of footage because there were a few rounds of rain throughout the day. The yard shaped up pretty nice and I'll be at some point to spread the topsoil and finish the rock on the driveway. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #roughgrading

Came out pretty nice with really nice flowing contours. We could tell that AS USUAL you were looking ahead to guy who will be doing the mowing. Well done!

That’s some darn good grading. Multiple angles and slopes with also making it slope away from the house. The swale around the house looks great. When that yard is completed, the home owner will be able to maintain that with ease. Great job Brandon.

Good Lord! That's a literal mountain of dirt. I saw it in the background of the videos but to see the Takeuchi sitting on top of it really shows how much dirt you're moving. I guess now you'll need 20-30 loads of topsoil because that gravelly clay is not going to grow anything. I hope people appreciate the eye you have for seeing and feeling grade. You're a natural.
Yeah it was a huge pile. Oh yeah it will definitely take 25-30 loads. Nothing will grow on the crap that is there now. They are extremely happy with how it’s turning out. Thanks again for watching

Interesting that they didn't just raise up the house and leave more fill in the yard. I guess they wanted a nice sloped yard.
Yeah they were worried about the front yard being too steep but yeah I definitely would have wanted the house higher.

Not any time soon, I want one but I’ll have to get a semi and lowboy to move anything bigger. This 150 size machine is perfect for me with what I have right now. Appreciate you watching

I just replaced my Nee Holland wheel machine with a TL230 series 2 with a kubota.. looking for the bar style tracks like you run with the bigger voids beteeen the lugs, all i can find are the more turf bar style... what mfer are yours? getting the same for your TL12? thanks again!!!
