No, they can't. Even after the bowlers brought them back into the game by bowling Australia out for 181, the top and middle orders still failed. Anything target below 275 will be a walk in the park for Australia and India will not be able to set such a high target.
Im not sure about the rule but Bumrah may not be eligible to bowl immediately as he needs to spend penalty time of 90 min before he can bowl.There is a law regarding this
