With the new ND palette, I think Sam Ravndahl said it best in a previous video when she said “we all complain that we want brands to come out with something new and unique, but as soon as they do, we’re like ‘I’m not gonna fkn wear that’” 😂. I thought of that quote from her too! The palette is not my taste but its different and I feel like the deeper tones may actually show up really well and look really pretty on deeper skin tones.
I think I'd be more interested in the palette if it didn't have those 2 orange shadows. I would never wear that.
@@DianaDodson I'm definitely not an orange lover either. I got rid of a lot of my warm toned eyeshadow palettes because I felt like a lot of shadows that weren't even supposed to be orangey-like rose golds and pinks- were pulling so orange on me.
I love the new ND palette. I do not understand all the hate. If this was indie brand people would not complain. At least Natasha is actually experimenting not just releasing another ”naked”’palette with a pop of whatever.

I'm not gonna pick it up but I do think its a nice addition if you own Biba (which I don't cuz I ain't got $129 to spend on regular ass eyeshadow) cuz the pans are magnetic so it would be fun to franken-palette these

It’s so confusing to me as to why ND is getting hate because it’s not another mauvy-taupe or brown with a pop of green/blue/purple color story. Color me intrigued.. I’ll be picking it up. I’m actually really excited for colors in her formula. 🥰
The ND is a fun palette especially for color lovers. I can see fun dramatic looks coming from that palette.
I got some pretty great looks out of it. I'm gonna use it with my neutral palette though haha

@@EvanRo We usually get new releases like 2-3 days after the US. Sometimes even a month with other brands. The new Urban Decay palette that released in the US like a month ago just got released at my Sephora.
I like the ND palette but its because I see it as an accent color palette that I would use alongside one of my neutral palettes. What I think is that it was unexpexted for the season...had this palette come out closer to the fall / halloween with all these brighter colors and deeper jewel tones I think it would have been a hit.
I have it and that's how I'm gonna use it ! The shades are beautiful 😍😍

I’m glad you aren’t buying Jaclyn Hill’s new release just to review and get views. I feel like so many people talk about wanting to hold brands and brand owners accountable and show our support with our dollars but then turn around and make videos with the products the brands they bash.
Hold JH accountable for what? Are you canceling her? She's not allowed to make a mistake, learn, grow and come back?

It’s been rough but we all just have to try and stay positive. 2020 was hard I got diagnosed with brain tumors and a brain virus, my husband lost his job but I keep going because I can’t let it bring me down. I have kids. Thank you for your videos. Makeup videos have become a happy place for me #samsquad

I have done my best to keep the makeup brands going during covid. Hardly left the house in the past year, worn makeup less than a handful of times, but the amount of makeup I have bought!!! Crazy!!

That was my thought on the multichrome. Love the color story of the multichrome, but I have most of the colors, and use pastel very rarely. This palette is gorgeous, but again, I have them all.

i absolutely love the circo loco palette, i would pick it up in a heartbeat if it was the 65 dollar palette (same with the triochrome palette)
I got it (because it was releases at my local Sephora) and I have to agree. It would have been even better for $65 !
The ND palette is very pretty, but I'm not into wearing color like that. I do love seeing other people's colorful looks though, so I'm excited to see what people do with it.

It’s really sad that Becca is shutting down, even though I’ve been hard on them in the past as well. I feel like it’s the end of an era, as the beauty industry was definitely shaped through champagne pop!!
I saw a review about the JH duos and they were very light, even though they look deep in the pictures. Idk, JH still leaves a sour taste in my mouth because of how shady she has been. I’m sad about Becca closing though, I’m gonna try to snag some highlighters and primers before they sell out 😔

I appreciate your honesty even if it means being hard on brands that aren't inclusive or keep releasing the same thing over and over. I am also sad for the businesses that are closing, but as a consumer, I want to put my money in quality products that meet my needs.
Just like to say, as a nurse working in this pandemic, I love that u continue to do makeup videos. Makeup videos are my escape from reality in a way and makeup is my therapy. Even when u can't see my face under any of the masks/shields, I still continue to put on my makeup because it's my therapy. So thank you for continuing despite any hate u may have gotten for talking about makeup thru a pandemic. I will always think makeup is important for my mental health and mental health has been a challenge for many during all of this.
And I LOVE peeps too. Lol
I think the circo Loco is turning people off just due to the way the colors are arranged in the palette. If it were more of a gradient instead of randomly placed, I think people would like it a lot more. But it's a "crazy circus", so the color story makes sense! Also, pans are magnetic and can be rearranged

Since you pulled off the mint green I think you can pull off the aquamarine from BH I think you’d look nice in that color... try it.
I don’t get the Circo Loco at ALL. Admittedly, my preferences are mostly neutral, pop of colour more sophisticated makeup but I feel like you’d have to have INSANELY good makeup skills not to look clownish with this.
I wish it had been Vintage Circus inspired...✨can you imagine?... soft roses, bronze, gold, and few pops of well placed but slightly muted colors?! Like what is on Britney's Circus album cover!That would be a beautiful circus palette! 🎪✨
Every reaction I have seen to the Blonzer has been the same. “blonzer. BLONZER?! blONzer.....ok... hmm” and every single time it makes me laugh it has confused everyone and I don’t see a bronzer in it either lol

I agree with your thoughts on makeup snd covid. I’ve done full faces of makeup in COVID even during the months I was inside alone. It relaxes me and gave me a sense of normalcy and I saw dialogue online telling creators not to make beauty videos when videos like yours are what helped keep me sane. There was a six week lockdown period where I knew what day it was pretty much based on YT videos even the news felt like groundhogs day. Thank you for that❤️🙋🏾♀️
I absolutely agree. This year has also allowed me to experiment with new techniques and colours because if I’m not going anywhere, who cares right??!! I have discovered so many creators this year that have made it bearable.

The ND palette is very taste specific & I don’t like it. The color story reminds me of 1of the Makeup Revolution palettes that have a bunch of weird shades that doesn’t make sense. Sorry, I’m not even curious about any looks that might come from it.

It's a great palette if you're looking for a pop of color to add to a look or if your into monochromatic looks. Or looks using just one or two colors. It's not gunna be for everyone that's for sure... What makeup product is afterall.

I love the new Natasha Denona palette and I cannot wait to use it with my Biba, Safari and Trichrome. Those colors are beautiful, just as the vibrant colors in the circus. The palette is the $129 though, I wish it was the smaller one since many of us don't use so many colorful colors throughout the week. But I am excited and I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍
i have to start off just to tell you how much i love your makeup and i love that shirt and shirt color on you. i unfortunately don’t own any ND products, and i actually like the palette, but i think that the club nebula palette beats that one for sure. i love those colourpop blushes, and i’m not a cream brush kinda chick. omg, i HATE peeps, but that sponge set is the cutest! i’m so mad at myself for wanting a couple of the jaclyn hill highlighters. they’re just so pretty. i’m still so sad about becca. i reallllly did want to get her tinted moisturizer and the powder and i wanted to see what the face palette looks like. i love the alamar “birthday suit” gloss more than most of my glosses, and the blush trios look heavenly. the bronze trio would be perfect for me since i’m not a makeup expert, and the other glosses look amazing. can kris jenner just GO AWAY already?! ughhh. the bh palette looks really pretty and the colors look quite wearable. i’m excited for may to come. i’m not going to lie, the bare minerals blush/bronzer confuses me, but i think they’re beautiful. has anyone ever actually tried the crayon case brand??? smart move on physician’s formula part. i’d really like to get the DC products. and OMG, that estée lauder blush is STUNNING!!!! i need that good molecules roller in my life. i saw that collection on sephora and was so underwhelmed. wtf were they thinking when they created that?!?! holy f**k, i just realized the insane length of this comment. i’m so sorry. i just get so excited when do your WIBI videos and obviously all your other videos. love your face!!! ☺️
if anything, covid has made me love makeup even more and i am grateful for you and other beauty youtubers who inform me on amazing products. maintaining my routine even if i don’t leave my house helps me deal with the stress of all that we have been dealing with 💖

If interested in buying Alamar, I remember they had requested that ppl buy through Target instead of their website in order to show consumer demand/support. So if they are still featured in Target stores/carried online, then buying thru Target would promote carrying more items, but more importantly, promote expansion into more stores.
But I’m happy Target seems to be committed to featuring more indie cosmetics/skincare brands... Definitely think it will be a popular move among customers and payoff for the brands and Target. So that’s just something to consider when choosing where to purchase ...
I need that circoloco palette just to collect. Realistically speaking I’d use 3/4 of it. I don’t do orange or gold but the rest is gorgeous

About people being critical of having a beauty channel during the pandemic -- who are they to judge? Many lives were disrupted this past year. Being able to offer distraction to your fans and/or help them maintain a sense of self esteem during tough times is a service. And unlike binge-watching certain pay TV services, this one is free to your watchers. Ignore the critics. Keep doing what you do; you do it well.

I have read a ton of comments from people who love the Natasha Denona palette but don’t want to spend or don’t have the money for that size. That size makes no sense. Who needs that much color? Looking forward to all the 4 looks one palette videos! 😄 . It will be interesting!

I love peeps! In non-plague times my friends have an annual peeps bbq where everyone creates art pieces with peeps and we roast and eat peeps too of course. Last time the winning art piece was an 8 foot, 6 story building with a Peep Kong on top being orbited by a peep in plane. Each floor had rooms you could look into with a peep diorama in it. Man I miss the before times!
Okay...I think I'm one of the only ones that will buy that Natasha Denona Palette because I love the color story. I get creative seeing random color palettes like with all of the Norvina Pro palettes. That's the vibe the Circo Loco gives off. 🥰

I think the body blur you are talking about is the Vita Liberata Body Blur. I’ve got it, as well as the mineral tan for face and I used to use the deep 2-3 week tanning stuff. I’ve got the Utan cherry and almond and Jamie Genevieve CBD darker tanning water for Mother’s Day next week off my son though. I do still use the body blur a lot though. It looks great over a tan in summer to add some glow.
I really like the natasha palette and I feel like it would create some cool looks with my currently orange hair!
I will probably pick up a couple things from the Sephora x Coach collab. And it is totally the same Coach - they did cute little Unicorn, Dino and Shark keychains, accessories and motifs over the last few years. The collab did catch me by surprise, too💗
