We need to shut down all entertainment industry entirely. That obviously includes worthless crap like religion. It also includes sports, though there is value to the athlete themselves to keep exercising: there's just no need for anyone to watch them do it. Put everyone in entertainment (music, art, television, movies, religion, sports) to work in medical research, mass production of electric cars & trucks & solar farms & wind farms & carbon capture projects (like ClimeWorks) and mass production of biocultured meat, as we all as other useful trades/jobs: electrician, moving furniture. We can all take turns doing different jobs to make it as fair as possible. The only entertainment industry that should be allowed is small cheap inexpensive stuff: e.g. independent pornography producers. i.e. if you have to spend more than $1000 to produce your porn video or fetish video or video of any entertainment type, you shouldn't do it.
