I could have the confidence to start online process for conveyance deed after seeing this video. Appreciate if you can confirm following regarding online payment.
My online application now shows that I can make online payment of 1.22 lac which includes stamp fee..registry fee..and all other categories( 1% is 17000 Rs ). My doubt is if I can buy one estamp certificate for entire 1.22 + lac or do I need to pay stamp fee of 5 % separately using 1 estamp certificate and make remaining registry amount of 2.5 % payment online before I can get an appointment.

Registration fees stays same for both gender but only exemption in stamp duty. For female it's 4% and for male it's 6%

If the value of property is 49lac then you have to pay stamp duty 6% for men 294000 and if women purchasing then stamp duty is 4% it's 196000 and with this you have to pay 1% registration charges 49000 and 1% PIDB CHARGES is 49000, pasting fees 200, facilitation charges 5000, mutation fees 600(don't have to pay if property is FALLS UNDER MC) AND 0.25% SPECIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FEES 12250. YOU will get the receipt of above mentioned charges
