My online application now shows that I can make online payment of 1.22 lac which includes stamp fee..registry fee..and all other categories( 1% is 17000 Rs ). My online application now shows that I can make online payment of 1.22 lac which includes stamp fee..registry fee..and all other categories( 1% is 17000 Rs ). My doubt is if I can buy one estamp certificate for entire 1.22 + lac or do I need to pay stamp fee of 5 % separately using 1 estamp certificate and make remaining registry amount of 2.5 % payment online before I can get an appointment.
