I had 27 watts, but I turned the panel 90 degrees like an artist's easel made from 3 sticks.
Nice tests and reviews ..... many thanks
Thanks for the review 👍
I have one and they redid this small generator. My handles heavier and It doesn't come with the 7909 Connector anymore
and on the left of the new one has out 15w C port and input/output 100w C port
Thanks for the review.
I currently have the 1000w plus. I'm using to power starlink off grid but it's a little too heavy to hike with. I'm using it to power starlink in very remote locations. I think this would be ideal for running the starlink for a good couple of hrs at least and a lot lighter to hike with on the trails
Honestly I think it needs a dedicated solar input separate and not the usb c only...Great review....!!!
When you run the AC output, the pure sine invertor and in built step up transformer uses a good 15%. If you did efficency test with the cooler using the 12v DC its probably a lot higher
yeah a good point - I don't use 12V very often, but I will try and test that in a future vid
not the first review ive seen where the solar panel doesnt get more than 15-20w on an angle. makes you wonder why.
Why would you power cattle and toaster when camping? :-) I always go with my portable "suitcase" barbecue, perfect for all that.
Yeah I've got one of those too 😊 I was just trying to show what it might be useful for I guess
I remember reading some where about solar panels that it also has to do with where you are in the world, closer to the equator you get stronger sun light. Even on a great summers day in the uk solar is a little naff.
Very true. The sun also moves across the sky which is a pain in the proverbial!
Do you think it would charge an 18v or 12v cordless drill battery, if the drills charger was plugged into it?
Yes definitely - if you look at this 18V battery - amzn.to/48lq5Rx - it's a 90Wh capacity - you'd get about 2-3 full charges out of the Jackery. Hope that helps, Marc
So this wont use a 110 watt panel?
Can the Jackery 300 plus power an iMac? Looking at 2 hours at a time approx.
What size power station would you need to run a 1200 watt microwave for just 2 minutes.
Microwaves often have a surge power requirement at startup. I'd get something like the Bluetti ac180 or Ecoflow delta 2. A jackery 2000 Plus would also boss it
