First of all, THIS VIDEO WAS AMAZING. So many great points from Zach with his bright personality and even greater questions from Ryan. I agree with whoever said that the editing can change. In some places the video repeats itself a few times due to the edits. No cuts is better. Keep up the great content :))
Thanks Ryan and Zach for this podcast. This is very inspiring and authentic. Especially the last section of the interview. I took a break from a fast paced career in 2022 and focused on volunteering, social work - one dimensional approach in any field is a blessing towards dynamism but can be quite a challenge when it comes to establishing a balance between various areas of life - health, career, community. This podcast helped me reflect on behaviours from my own journey and recognise what needs to be tweaked next :) Thanks once again Ryan, Zach! 🌸🙏🏻
Thanks, Ryan and Zach, this was one of the most inspiring tech videos I have encountered in a long time. The questions and the insights were super helpful and I'm looking forward to more content!
I used a tool called "Descript" which has some AI features to remove filler words and retakes (what it deemed repetitive words). The features are decent but not perfect. Especially jarring when watching the video since the jumps are visible Would you prefer less cutting? It would sound more natural but there'd be more filler words and things
@ it’s ofc only my opinion, but when it goes to podcast I prefer watching a full interview without cut, it’s more natural to me. It’s like Lex Fridman interview it feels more intime and less rushed when you leave the whole scene
@@hn3m3s1s Yeah agreed, all the top ones I watch don't have all those micro cuts in them. I'm going to do much less cutting in the next one to make it sound more natural
Thanks Ryan and Zach for this. This was very helpful especially when you are prepping for an upcoming interviews at big tech. Keep going!
Happy to, thanks for your motivating comment!

Thank you for the feedback Nate, I'm going to make future ones have much less cutting so hopefully that fixes it!

Such a knowledge packet podcast, thank you Ryan and Zach for sharing your experience 😇
Thanks Ryan for this. This video is so insightful.
Pretty nice podcast! Just one question why having sooo many micro scene cut when Zach speaks?!

Plus one on the cuts. Great video, but I would prefer no cuts. It makes it feel a little off pace.
is airbnb a real tech company though?
Most would say yes given their main product is software-based and they have a strong engineering team
