it's nice but I'm sure the developer overpriced the house with all the options. Plus loan interest will be outrageous and HOA will limit you from parking in the front and driveway.

As for the loan interest and HOA regulations, those are definitely factors to consider. Sometimes, though, the overall benefits and joys of a home outweigh these concerns. I ❤ single story homes. Overall, this home is beautiful and stunning. My favorite is the covered patio in the backyard. I didn’t expect that. Tri Pointe did an amazing job building and decorating this home. I ❤️ the open flow throughout the home. Bravo job. 😊👍🏽

Merry Christmas Angelo!!! Sorry, I’ve been caught up with stuff so I haven’t been commenting as much lately but, I’m back :).
I’m excited to see this home. I love the notion of buying a Model Home, getting lots of goodies included.
Wow, Gorgeous, Fabulous and Fantastic, all in the same home?!? LOL.
But how much? :)
This place is really good looking from the street. Even the pavers looks lux, LOL. I really like that front courtyard, I think I’d actually use this (the water feature is a great addition). I’d want some colorful pots with colorful flowers too. I’m loving that Mountain View.
I actually prefer these pivot doors, it looks so high-end. Loving the floors here. I’m not sure about that front sitting area, I think I’d prefer doors here (but easy to add, I know). OK, those 2ndary bedrooms are really awesome. I like that they’re separate in the front of the house. You’re right, the doors in the home are really cool! (Some of these rooms, I’d want to repaint before moving in, LOL… but I guess you can’t anticipate everyone’s tastes). The 2ndary bathroom is really beautiful, I love the tiles in the shower, for sure.
WOW, where to start in the living area?!? I’m about to fall off my chair looking at that kitchen!! The stonework in the living room is lux!! Loving the wet bar, that’s just plain cool! Having both a wine fridge and a “normal” fridge is a great idea. You could get an awesome Mojito from that bar, for sure ;).
OK, this kitchen is the most BEAUTIFUL kitchen I’ve ever seen!! That “L” shaped island is beyond amazing!! OMG, I’m not sure I’d ever be happy with anything else. I’m not 100% sure I’m good with the stove in the island but, I’d make this work (hell yeah!). As I think about it, I think I’d rather invert the “L” so no one is sitting with their back to anyone else… (don’t get me wrong, this kitchen is so cool!). The Monogram appliances are like winning the lottery here. GE is Monogram (FYI), it’s the high-end line with GE (and I’m totally a fan!). The pantry is pretty nice too.
The Primary bathroom is nice. I’d want the shower a lot more fancy (body jets, wand and rain/waterfall head on the ceiling) but, it seems very few homes have a super deluxe shower “by default”. I think I’d merge the two walk in closets, I would prefer just one huge closet (although I could “live” with it this way, LOL). Having access to that laundry room is brilliant! OOH, they have that very cool dry cleaner (at least I think that’s what it is). I’ll take it!
The landscaping in the backyard is fantastic! It’s more than I’d have done but, I do appreciate having everything that is there. That fence in front of the pool is brilliant (I think you get a break with your homeowner’s insurance when you have a gate like this around your pool)! I’m totally down with the outdoor kitchen, very well done! The strip view is nice (it’s just not the most important thing to me but, I’d not complain if I had it).
Summing all this up… it’s clear this is a high-end, single story home. I think everything is very well appointed, using the best appliances (IMO) and finishing everything with impeccable taste. I’m so very curious about the price. If I were to guess, based on watching hundreds of videos this year, I’d have to guess 1.4 to 1.6M$-ish (of course, I’d rather it was $750K, LOL). I think they did an awesome job on this home. I love this home!!
