I wont buy them now. I felt pressurized for a while by my friends, but as you said, time constraint is serious in 1st year, I hardly get time even to open books...

Bhaiya mbbs batch 2021 ka sem exam 2 mahine me aa gaya . College walo ne 5 mahino ka course 2 mahine me kara dia mujhe kuch bhi samajh nhi aa raha kya paraya ja raha hai cllg me I m depressed I will fail in my first semester.

If you can afford then go for iPad, iPad Air will be enough, it is the best! But if you can't then take any good tablet like of samsung with s pen, it will work great too
