We gotta see some Withered Freddy fanart of him in a bar or of him just being the depressed babysitter of the rest of the animatronics, or a stay at home dad of 3 Freddles
I always saw Toy Bonnie as the real face of FNaF 2. His presence is so striking yet so muted, and the difference between his and Bonnie's original design shows how much things have changed.
My favorite character was always toy bonnie, everyone just hate toy bonnie because they think that he stole withered bonnies face(im not saying i hate withered bonnie👁️👄👁️)
I thought the same, toy Bonnie is so prominent in FNAF 2, with that creepy ass office appearance that it absolutely makes him the most notable animatronic in FNAF 2 Not even mentioning he has a unique mechanic compared to toy chica and the withered/toy Freddie
I had a dream a few years ago that toy Bonnie lunged at me like in the game waking me in terror, and I kid you not, my pet rabbit jumped and landed right by me head as I woke up.
The scariest nightmare from when I was younger was one with Toy Bonnie. I was in my bed in the dream and kept waking up and sleeping over and over, each time looking out my door to find Toy Bonnie getting closer and closer until he was leaning through my door. I woke up then. I hadn’t really thought FNaF was that scary of a concept until that point. (I still don’t find the games themselves very scary though)
To me the Toys, and in particular Toy Bonnie, were always scarier than the OGs or the Withereds because there’s an element of corporate horror to them. As if Fazbear said “we focus tested these models to make as much money as possible” and they churned out something so cloyingly sweet and desperate for my attention that it leaves me deeply unnerved. Toy Bonnie’s glassy eyes and forced smile really eliminate any kind of human empathy I could have for it, like I could with the OGs, and leaves me with something that is decidedly not-alive but still malicious in a way only a computer program could be. I like that Scott channeled that similar feeling in the Funtimes, just cranked up to almost campy levels.
Such a spot-on analysis! It has the feeling of a reboot of an old and beloved franchise made by soulless execs who own the rights to it, with no-input from the original creators whatsoever, to cash in on the brand-recognition and nostalgia, and appeal to what's "hip with the kids". The originals were a product of passion and creativity, hence they were kid-friendly but not kid-centric, these are just products that try so hard to be cute and safe that it wraps around to being uncanny.
@@iLikeWater-w6p I think ultimately, at worst they were enemy of my enemy. Because I don't think they would cooperate if they truly hated each other more than their supposed target in the Nightguard.
I mean it was made clear by phone guy that the toys had some parts from the withered animatronics, but I think the fans latched onto that moreso than the fact that the toys were haunted by other victims or parts of the first victims bare minimum. So they would be on the same side. That being said, it gave us that short animation with Withered Bonnie trying to tear off Toy Bonnie's face by force so that's hilarious.
Bonnie is the biggest threat in 10/20 mode because Toy Bonnie doesn't follow a consistent timing when entering your office. Sometimes he just goes shortly after you put on the mask, while other times he waits much longer. In the highest difficulty setting and with every animatronic attacking you, Toy Bonnie's unpredictability can single-handedly cause you to fail a run, so yeah that may be the reason why some people say he's dangerous
Plenty of challenge players' videos go into detail about it too, TheBones5 as an example It's like, a 50% chance to come in every half-second, and the kill-zone for Foxy and Puppet is about 5-6 seconds since the last time you checked them
huh, this is actually surprising to me, I remember toy bonnie being the MOST popular toy animatronic, and often being portrayed as having a big ego and a rivalry with withered bonnie, honestly pretty spot on with how he ended up being characterized. I remember seeing tons of fan comics and animations about him, its almost as if he took over freddy's spot as the leader when I heard his voice I was NOT expecting him to sound like that but nonetheless his voice is absolutely perfect for him I love what a little bastard he is, its very lovable to me his design and colors are also very appealing, it reminds me of the kinder chocolate easter bunny
i remember when we just had Fnaf2/3, Toy Bonnie was really popular and frequently shown as a sassy diva- i think i remember some people characterizing him as nervous? my perspective might be clouded because he's my favorite character, but i remember there being a huge spotlight on him during that era, especially in a lot of fan comics. i know a lot of people were upset about his voice- not because it was high pitched, but because of the weird filter on it. it makes him sound more like Alvin rather than the other Toys, which ik upset a lot of people. his canon characterization is pretty similar to what a lot of people thought before, tho
Toy Bonnie also used to be the only bonnie with eyebrows. Now, even this has been taken from him, as Glamrock Bonnie also has eyebrows. Imagine being robbed by a corpse. Poor guy.
A character's voice is everything, especially in this series. Toy Bonnie would have a crowd of simps just like Roxanne if he didn't sound like a chipmunk.
About the toy animatronics having merch before their “debut”, my headcanon is that they’re called “toys” specifically because their looks are directly based on that toy line, in-universe.
Who do you think made the Toys though? Now, that I think of it, Henry would most likely made the toys because, he made toys for Charlie in the silver eyes
Are you kidding? There's countless cartoons from the 80s that lasted one season but had toys. Often times that was the entire plan and sometimes the cartoon failed but the toys remained popular. The toyline was often planned for years before the cartoon was released. The toy animatronics closing down in a year while still getting merch isn't a shock. So that part actually checks out.
Not sure if you just missed it, but the oddity is that the toys predate the toy animatronics (sheesh that's more complicated than it needs to be...) by ~3-4 years, not (or at least in conjunction with) the short life time.
@@michaelmann7816 No, I got that, but while I don't remember all of them, that happened too. Thundercats actually was released a few months after the toys, which I know isn't as dramatic, but there's a precident.
I say, Toy Bonnie could have just leaned in on that doll like apperance, remaining silent, staring, and posing like an action figure, stiff and sloppy, but still looming over. Toy Chica is malicious, Mangle is Stressed to pieces, Toy Freddy is a big softie, but Bonnie's silent.
It’s really sad just how unpopular Toy Bonnie is 😭 I’m imagining all the characterization he could’ve gotten. Like what if his high pitched, happy voice was just a façade to hide his more “angsty teen” side. Or he could’ve had a valley girl personality, similar to Glamrock Chica (before her cannon voice). His character could’ve been one based on jealousy, envy, and being so angry with his failure to amount to anything, he became a ball of mental instability and hot headedness LIKE SCOTT/STEELWOOL COME ON 😭😭😭😭
Honestly, in my corner of the fandom, Toy Bonnie was often portrayed as a sassy, kinda mean character who acted that way out of insecurity. That or he was the “done with everyone else’s bullshit” type. It was pretty interesting, and honestly I’ve always kind of liked him because of that. Wish he got better, I choose to believe his voice isn’t canon 💀
Toy Bonnie always creeped me out in a way I can't really explain. By far the scariest animatronic to me. I can't really explain why. He has like those... "dead doll eyes" that remind me of those Old Dolls that close their eyes when you set them down.
It's the toy animatronic that somehow leans to the uncanny valley the most, because it's not quite like toy Freddie and chica (Freddie is more much more bear than human, chica is perfectly furry), but you Bonnie is just in a weird spot thay the huge lifeless eyes and humanoid body make it Extremely creepy
the reason i like toy bonnie, and even his voice, is because he really reminds me of the rabbit/hare from the soviet russian cartoon about a wolf and a rabbit, basically just like tom and jerry, except much more unsettling. (on wikipedia the cartoon is translated as "Well, just you wait!") his voice really reminds me of the character of the hare, even though the cartoon had little to no voice acting. it makes me appreciate toy bonnie much more, since it gives me a lot of unsettling nostalgia.
Random thing about how he didn't have much fandom presence: the only time I ever thought about him was to jokingly compare my sibling to him when we were younger. I made the jokes and never thought about him otherwise while my sibling compared me to the Puppet (who became one of my favorites).
The idea of Toy Bonnie having OG Bonnie's face parts is how I personally belive the toy animatronics were haunted. I feel like giving William a higher body count than 5 maybe 6 or 7 kids belongs to the same school of creative thought of making up charcter that could take out Superman, Godzilla or any other powerful force just because they can with no explanation. I personally feel like the horror of William should come from the idea, the fact that someone is that evil and depraved enough to not only turn a place of happiness into a place of violence and despair but would commit such a horrible act such as murdering a child, traunatizing and breaking a family. Also the fact that Fazbear entertainment would be reusing old parts from older more faultier models would be consistent with their cheap/lazy characterisation.
I think there was a Fnaf location in 1985 where the withered's were at and that's where The missing Incident happened children because fnaf 2 Location is called: Freddy fazbears pizza new and improved! And if there was No location That means it took them years to make A restaurant.
Also whenever you say something like "Bonnie didn't have much presence in the fandom" i take psychic damage bc he's always my favorite ever since i was a little kid with unrestricted internet access and I feel so bad for him bcos I'm always rooting for him :( he DOES get litttle recognition especially toy bonnie (toy bonnie is one of my faves tooooooooo)
I like what they were trying to do. The toys were presented as "new and improved," but Bonnie's the only one that took it to heart. I'd imagine his overconfidence comes from the sheer difference in quality between him and Withered Bonnie. Toy Bonnie is probably very popular in-universe. Loud, silly voiced, and just androgynous enough to cater to anyone.
Tbh, toy bonnie feels more like he should be the almost "Door Greeter" of the toy group. Like, he's often the first one you see near you, and his design is often one that comes to mind first from 2. His design is ultra cutesy and SUPER appealing, and could be more interesting if he was made as good-hearted on the surface, but a pretty fake, appearance-prideful character underneath. Despite toy chica and roxanne wolf existing now, toy bonnie's design always clocked me as the most likely to be focused on their appearance or image of the main 3 toys. Hell, his eyelids are even differently colored purple, like eyeshadow! He looks like he's been dolled up purposefully with make-up. The only other one with this is toy chica, and she DEFINITELY has ulterior motives to her design. For lore, He could be the poster character for Fazbear's denial of the atrocities in that era. Could be an interesting story for him to be a gaslighter and misinformer during that time, to make people who come to the restaurant second guess things to keep the company afloat. Almost like a Super hidden and corrupt PR agent. That being said, Anything is kinda better than what we got. As he is, he's kinda unlikable. Not even charming. Damn shame too.
For me it's the fact that in the second game he is the only animatronic that moves into your view with the lights flickering. Also the fact that he enters your office when he wants to, rather than most of the other animatronics that require you to lift the camera before they can enter the office. It really feels like he gets up close to you.
@@snnnaaaaaakeeeee4470 Toy Chica was also supposed to do that, but due to a programming error, she does not. I think that's a good thing though, as it gives Toy Bonnie something unique for once.
From what I remember from the early fnaf fandom days, the common trope for Toy bonnie and most of the toys were "Dicks to the Withereds+ Mangle" With Toy Bonnie usually being obsessed with how he looked and making fun of Bonnie for not having a face or no eyebrows depending on the fic/comic. Not too far off from the self absorbed chipmunk we got with his eventual voicelines.
that's something that makes him more special, if u didn't realize his eye pupils go bigger and smaller, which isn't possible so the main theory is that toybonnies eyes are cameras
My only problem with this theory is that none of the other toys have those sort off additions. Closest thing is Toy Freddy’s eyes going black, which I can’t even begin to think is supposed to suggest.
For me, as a teen toy bonnie was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Still is, but its cause as a kid toy bonnie had femininity but was a boy and as a gay boy in the south it made me feel secure in my own femininity, and the piemation video also added to why i loved him… and now his hex plush is one of the cutest things!
I can't lie I never thought I would ever hear someone call Toy Bonnie a lesser threat in 2. He is infamous for wasting time and causing you to die via Foxy or the Puppet.
I think an example to how little toy Bonnie has in personality is that when Ethgoesboom gave him a voice, he used 3 entirely different voices of him before decided that him having multiple personalities WAS his character making his two other voices, voices that Bonnie would hear in his head
7:37 “why they were only out for half a year in ‘87 and had toys in ‘83” My guess is that the designs started out as actual merch toys, and then the actual toy animatronics were made using the animatronic designs from that (possibly popular) merch line
I would say that Toy Bonnie's fandom presence vastly depends on the lens you are looking through. The challenge community largely views Toy Bonnie as an absolute villain due to him being by far the most difficult animatronic to deal with in 10/20 and is often the center of the conversation regarding FNAF 2.
I always had a characteristic for TOY Bonnie. He's very neutral, as in, while he looks like he should be friendly, ans cute, he's actually blunt, gets easily annoyed, and doesn't care enough about anything
I'm of the opinion that the toy animatronics are called that because they were modeled to look like a popular line of toys that already existed. That'd explain how a kid could have a toy of an animatronic design that otherwise was only around for a few months.
4:50 It's really kind of varies because you either get a milk toast personality or the most stuck-up arrogant personality and that's mostly because of the outs with the old in with the new mantra the FNAF 2 had going for
3:50 Really? I remember people characterizing Toy Bonnie as narcissistic, dramatic, attention hogging, and all around very rude to the withereds, especially Withered Bonnie. Fans always made those two be enemies/rivals. I’m not sure if those were popular character traits given to him. I just remembered seeing those traits being given to him in quite a few comics uploaded to TH-cam.
Jason Blumm tweeted a picture from the people who made the puppet/ suits from thenfirst film, and the person in the picture was making a model of Mangle, and on the side, you can see a modle of Toy Bonnie, so yes NotRealName, Toy Bonnie will fulfil a dream of his (a guess based on his personality), he will hit the Big Screen.
I have actually seen people ascribe a personality to him. Due to being unpredictable and a run killer, some people see him as this sadistic monster full of hate who's only purpose in life is to ruin your day.
The way you initially broke down Toy Bonnie's personality made me think it was almost a prototype for Roxy's, in an odd way. But maybe I'm reading too much into it.
1. My lord, I forgot they made him sound like that... 2. It's implied in the "something borrowed, something new" as well as other lore clues that the toys ARE haunted because they took parts from the old animatronics. It split the souls and made them more animalistic and confused, and aggressive. At least that's the most evidence backed theory on the toys being haunted or not. The other killings, assuming they even happened, don't seem to have haunted anything of importance to the story, if anything at all.
It would’ve been nice to see withered versions of the toy animatronics. Since mangle was the only one with such a dismantled state for the toy animatronics she looked terrifying.
the songs survive the night and the show must go on, always felt like the best characterisation for toy bonnie. he thinks the nightguard is a new animatronic and invites them until he takes notice about the flesh part of the guard or how the guard doesnt fit in the band, so he disassembles the guard alive and rebuilds him, only to notice that the guard died. he is naive and does cruel things without noticing, he is trying to help while doing the opposite.
The only thing I've ever heard of ToyBonnie talking is Bizabizow's edit of "please clear the stage for the star of our show is the stage" & I find that hilarious so I'm ok w the voice lol
Here recently, fans have given him the “mean, Regina George white gay from Cali” personality and I’m really here for it. It’s a nice change from… not having much of a personality at all.
I like to think that the personality he was given in FNaFAR was inspired from the fan comics that portrayed him as a sassy selfish pretty boy who’d be a big antagonist against the Withereds, Illumix just decreased his intelligence and sass lol
I have one nitpick. I remember Toy Bonnie having fan beef with withered bonny and being a prick. I at least remember that's how the fans made him out to be.
The something new tagline may also relate to an old rhyme used for weddings "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, a sixpence in your shoe." Especially the parts that reference the “something borrowed “ “something blue” and “something new” part of toy Bonnie character, the belief was that if the bride carries each of these items as she walks down the aisle, she will enjoy a successful and happy marriage and prosper for a long time. But judging with how toy bonnie ends up broken down for parts after his restaurant’s closing quickly thereafter I guess he didn’t get a chance to prosper 😅 (He probably forgot the sixpence)
i wish he got more attention, he's been my fav since the early days so im pretty attached to the funny blue guy, the design just struck a chord with little me i am so excited to see him in action in the eventual movie sequel, i really do hope he gets to shine
He’s actually partially visible in the bts image of the JHCS designing the new characters for fnaf two. You can see his ears, feet, and a little bit of his face.
To explain why Toy Bonnie is not accepted as a minor threat; he's actually a huge problem in 10/20 mode because of how unusually stubborn he can be with initiating his incredibly long office-sidle animation. I don't remember all the details, but his odds of actually attempting to enter the office are uniquely influenced by the animatronic queue, probably because of his unique animation (given he can't just queue his jumpscare behind others the way the withereds/toy freddy can). He's prone to offsetting your rhythm and getting you killed by the puppet or forcing you to make risky maneuvers that could lead to him killing you. In effect, he's harmless on his own, but in the harder difficulties hes THE spanner in the works.
Toy Bonnie is the biggest threat on Night 1, and the second biggest threat on 10/20 becauss his unique office interaction makes winding the music box very difficult, but one of the smallest threats in Night 4 or 5 because by that point you're super well acquainted with him and he doesn't move the fastest anymore, which is why you probably think he's weak.
Toy Bonnie was the biggest opp in 10/20, he’s the only non consistent animatronic and bad RNG can fuck you up haaaaard he likes to play games as he doesn’t automatically enter blackout phase when you put on the mask
He's my fav, but yeah, he deserves so much better, him and all the toys. I love the personality they gave him, but it's true, it seems they put whatever they thought would fit, instead of actually thinking of something made specially for him, and his voice, I love his voice (mainly because I love HIM), but it definitely could've been something else and more suitable.
Most people I saw made Toy Bonnie a mean brat. Basically, basing his whole personality off Withered Bonnie and their bully from school. (Possibly so they could imagine their favourite character harming someone they didn't like)
Sorry I'm commenting so late but seeing all of your points, especially the one about his lack of voice in UCN, made me realize how forgotten he is. He's always been one of my favorites with his creepy big-eyed doll look and his interesting color palette that was changed from the deep purple to bright baby blue while Chica and Freddy kept their original colors. I don't know why, but I always felt that he was popular because he got the most out of the FNAF 2 fandom like he almost overshadowed Toy Freddy, obviously theres no overshadowing Toy Chica she's a fan favorite (if you know what I mean) but like songs, like "survive the nights," the animations, and ships of FNAF 2. I really liked him and always imagined him playing a big role in FNAF 2, and I wish more people saw his importance because not just toy bonnie, but every aspect of bonnie has always been my fav considering he is one of my favorite characters, even Scott said himself that bonnie has always been the one to give him nightmares because he just fades into the background, always staring at you, attacking you first, being the first in most trailers and even FNAF 3 being centered around another bunny character, I really have been sad to see bonnie slowly being forgotten in FNAF as a whole as example in security breach. Your video was fantastic, and I completely agree with everything you said. I am happy to finally see a video on one of my favorite's, and you did an amazing analysis and explanation! ^_^
Its sad how much the fandom and pretty much the games itself dunk on toy bonnie. He used to at least have something unique that no other bonnies had, eyebrows, but glamrock bonnie stole that from him. I personally love him, and he's my personal favorite solely because my sister is terrified of him
Toy Bonnie: "It's not my fault I'm so much more famous then you." FNAF 1 Freddy: "I OWN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (Also Toy Bonnie is my favorite and I really like this video.)
Here's my personal theory of when the Toy animatronics (minus puppet) became haunted, if you're interested in it. For nights 1-5, it is merely a malfunction caused by a warping of the facial recognition software, one caused by William after sneaking in, possibly using Spring Bonnie like in the novels to blend in. Night 6's phone call mentions that the building is on lockdown because of something that happened during the day, which I think is the second MCI seen in Save Them, especially since Afton & the Toys are present in the building, meaning there's a small window of time. Also, TB tends to be threatening not because he's difficult, but because of RNG. He has a 50% chance on rapid intervals to leave the vent if you have the mask on. Bad RNG can lead to him camping for multiple seconds, leaving you vulnerable to Foxy & Puppet.
I find it interesting that you say toy Bonnie never really had a personality. Maybe it was just my small little specific corners of the fandom but I remember people always making him a bratty bully with an overblown ego in the gacha fnaf community, or an air headed sorta nice guy in those plush videos (although that might be because of his funko plush being so botched)
3:33 Sorry, I wish I'd remembered at the time I mentioned the issue with, "Toy Bonnie is one of the lesser threats." Basically, his timing is completely different from the other FNAF2 animatronics. Specifically, he works on a different timer for Movement Opportunities than say, Toy Chica. This isn't as apparent in casual playthroughs, but he has historically been such a menace to challenge runs that consistently clearing the full 20s mode didn't become possible until like...last year or earlier this year? He's basically the sleep paralysis demon for challenge-runners, alongside Withered Foxy. The way to make that mode consistently clearable (as in, not getting screwed by RNG even when playing perfectly) involves disabling Toy Bonnie for the entire night, via a Cams glitch, IIRC. Sorry again for not telling you prior.
The reason toy Bonnie is considered so hard to some fnaf players is that the timing of his attacks are much more random than other characters making him an enormous threat in 10/20 mode. He himself doesn’t kill you but he gives foxy or the puppet the perfect opportunity to do so.
20:32 He actually doesn’t have a CHANCE of being in FNaF Movie 2. He’s actually 100% confirmed to be in the movie. Jim Henson’s creature shop posted a photo of a guy making Mangle and Toy Bonnie. So yes, he will be in the movie. And also yes, FNaF Movie 2 will be FNaF 2 themed.
7:30 there is a running theory for this but I don’t remember many details. Essentially it goes something to the effect of: the action figures were made to sell the idea to the public for kids and soon, since they were popular, they became the animatronics we know. Another idea is that they’re toys for the Freddy & Friends show, but I don’t know how well the show translates to the toys. If neither of these are correct, I blame Scott for messing with these details so bad. (Not to be mean. But it’s kinda true)
Can I just say it has been awesome to see your channel grow??? I started watching you around 14k subs and seeing 100k now is just amazing!!! Your videos are always top notch and I'm so happy to see more eyes on your theories and explanations!!!
the ego aspect could've worked if they played into more and just made him absolutely unhinged with a seething hate for Bonnie or maybe even his friends - basically what people think is Monty's character. and give him a deeper voice, and he could've been really fun to listen to. here's to hoping he gets some justice in the FNAF 2 movie.

i know a lot of people were upset about his voice- not because it was high pitched, but because of the weird filter on it. it makes him sound more like Alvin rather than the other Toys, which ik upset a lot of people. his canon characterization is pretty similar to what a lot of people thought before, tho
I dislike his voice. My problem isn't that it's high, it's just, too high and it's hard to take him seriously.
Toy Bonnie also used to be the only bonnie with eyebrows. Now, even this has been taken from him, as Glamrock Bonnie also has eyebrows. Imagine being robbed by a corpse. Poor guy.
Now that is sad
A character's voice is everything, especially in this series.
Toy Bonnie would have a crowd of simps just like Roxanne if he didn't sound like a chipmunk.
But alas he remains with a small group of simps ( i am one of them)
Don't forget Toy Chica and og Foxy.
The 5:59 video Toy Bonnie's voice would work
wh- but what other voice could suit him?
@@patrickthebunny2626gay.
Toy Bonnie is the most nostalgic character to me. Idk why. Something about him
The toys evoked that for me too. Feels like something from the recesses of my memories, but none in particular.
That's why I like the animatronics, everyone has an animatronic that they really vibe with & sometimes you can't explain.
I feel the same way, that’s why he’s my favorite little guy
About the toy animatronics having merch before their “debut”, my headcanon is that they’re called “toys” specifically because their looks are directly based on that toy line, in-universe.
Who do you think made the Toys though? Now, that I think of it, Henry would most likely made the toys because, he made toys for Charlie in the silver eyes
honestly, Toy Bonnie's voice is the exact voice I'd expect to come out of a cutesy animatronic bunny.
He looks like hes gonna say "you got games on your phone?" At 1:26
Angry birds???
His character could’ve been one based on jealousy, envy, and being so angry with his failure to amount to anything, he became a ball of mental instability and hot headedness LIKE SCOTT/STEELWOOL COME ON 😭😭😭😭
IT WOULD LITERALLY HELP IF THE TOYS WOULD HAVE THERE OWN BOOK OR MINIGAME IN FNAF VR
AND HIS SUCESSOR GLAMROCK BONNIE GOT SHAFTED
I can fix him /j
You got games on your phone
the reason i like toy bonnie, and even his voice, is because he really reminds me of the rabbit/hare from the soviet russian cartoon about a wolf and a rabbit, basically just like tom and jerry, except much more unsettling. (on wikipedia the cartoon is translated as "Well, just you wait!") his voice really reminds me of the character of the hare, even though the cartoon had little to no voice acting. it makes me appreciate toy bonnie much more, since it gives me a lot of unsettling nostalgia.
ну погоди mentioned‼️‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I mean, we know there was another set of 5 kids at the 1987 location thanks to SAVETHEM
Damn shame too.
woww that gagged me a little
@@berybluu6081 in a..good way, I hope? Not familiar with the wording here
Out of all the toy animatronics, Toy Bonnie freaks me out of the most.
The demon of the group
For me it's the fact that in the second game he is the only animatronic that moves into your view with the lights flickering. Also the fact that he enters your office when he wants to, rather than most of the other animatronics that require you to lift the camera before they can enter the office. It really feels like he gets up close to you.
Na he do be the cutest
agreed
I’m sure he would have been a star if he didn’t have those creepy doll eyes 💀💀
that's something that makes him more special, if u didn't realize his eye pupils go bigger and smaller, which isn't possible so the main theory is that toybonnies eyes are cameras
@@justin_tdi can I make this my new headcanon?
My only problem with this theory is that none of the other toys have those sort off additions. Closest thing is Toy Freddy’s eyes going black, which I can’t even begin to think is supposed to suggest.

3:24 You personally believe Toy Bonnie is one of the lesser threats in FNaF2.
Tell that to Dawko.
Tell that to anyone who’s beaten the game
I can't lie I never thought I would ever hear someone call Toy Bonnie a lesser threat in 2. He is infamous for wasting time and causing you to die via Foxy or the Puppet.
I kid you not I looked this up it was the 3rd thing that popped up in the search bar lmao
*I will not let you win*
I think an example to how little toy Bonnie has in personality is that when Ethgoesboom gave him a voice, he used 3 entirely different voices of him before decided that him having multiple personalities WAS his character making his two other voices, voices that Bonnie would hear in his head
7:37 “why they were only out for half a year in ‘87 and had toys in ‘83”
My guess is that the designs started out as actual merch toys, and then the actual toy animatronics were made using the animatronic designs from that (possibly popular) merch line
Toy Bonnie was always a little bite special too me. Though that's cause he is the first of literally any Fnaf animatronics that I ever saw.
I'm of the opinion that the toy animatronics are called that because they were modeled to look like a popular line of toys that already existed. That'd explain how a kid could have a toy of an animatronic design that otherwise was only around for a few months.
4:50
It's really kind of varies because you either get a milk toast personality or the most stuck-up arrogant personality and that's mostly because of the outs with the old in with the new mantra the FNAF 2 had going for
i like toy bonnie not having a voice, i like the idea of him simply being a cold, quiet, killer. just to be different from the others
Personally toy Bonnie feels like base Bonnies annoying cousin with an ego problem.
3:50
Really? I remember people characterizing Toy Bonnie as narcissistic, dramatic, attention hogging, and all around very rude to the withereds, especially Withered Bonnie. Fans always made those two be enemies/rivals.
I’m not sure if those were popular character traits given to him. I just remembered seeing those traits being given to him in quite a few comics uploaded to TH-cam.
You forgot to mention Toy Bonnie's rivalry with Dawko. Bro tried so hard to stop him from beating Golden Freddy mode but failed in the end.
But maybe I'm reading too much into it.
omgg
1:00 They’re actually called the toy animatronics because they were remodeled after the toy line
Out of all the Bonnie types that exist in the FNaF universe, Toy Bonnie is the one with no high recognition and is often overlooked by the community.
Finally, My Man Toy Bonnie has the Spotlight
I love Toy Bonnie and I am not afraid to say it!!
Here recently, fans have given him the “mean, Regina George white gay from Cali” personality and I’m really here for it. It’s a nice change from… not having much of a personality at all.
"Toy Bonnie thinks he's a big shot..."
Spamton G. Spamton: Now's your chance!
I like to think that the personality he was given in FNaFAR was inspired from the fan comics that portrayed him as a sassy selfish pretty boy who’d be a big antagonist against the Withereds, Illumix just decreased his intelligence and sass lol
Not with the withereds tho
Every franchise needs his "guy that's just there" guy
I have one nitpick. I remember Toy Bonnie having fan beef with withered bonny and being a prick. I at least remember that's how the fans made him out to be.
The something new tagline may also relate to an old rhyme used for weddings "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, a sixpence in your shoe." Especially the parts that reference the “something borrowed “ “something blue” and “something new” part of toy Bonnie character, the belief was that if the bride carries each of these items as she walks down the aisle, she will enjoy a successful and happy marriage and prosper for a long time.
But judging with how toy bonnie ends up broken down for parts after his restaurant’s closing quickly thereafter I guess he didn’t get a chance to prosper 😅
(He probably forgot the sixpence)
I still think his design is the friendliest and nicest of the early animatronics. I like him a lot for it.
That is exactly what absolutely creeps me out about toy Bonnie, everything is too in place, and uncanny
Man this video made me feel bad for Toy Bonnie. What makes everything more crazy is that BB is basically more popular then TOY BONNIE WHAT!
16:40 in fazerblast: FNAF 2, you can encounter balloon versions of all vent animatronics, including toy Bonnie, on your sides. That is all.
19:10 ok, NOW I'M TICKED OFF!
Toy Bonnie was so forgotten that he is in the shadow of a shadow
i wish he got more attention, he's been my fav since the early days so im pretty attached to the funny blue guy, the design just struck a chord with little me

16:40 The balloon arrangement is in the fazer blast mini game, you've got to shoot it with the dart gun in the vents.
I am conviced that Bon Bon is Toy Bonnie's and Withered Bonnie's love child.
He’s actually partially visible in the bts image of the JHCS designing the new characters for fnaf two. You can see his ears, feet, and a little bit of his face.
Fnaf canon: chipmunk with ego
Fnaf fanon: gender confusing also ships
My dumbass: Johnny cage and dippy fresh from gravity falls 😎👍
I can’t unsee it now, he radiates dippy fresh energy
7:30 My headcanon - Toy Animatronics were based on the real plastic toy figurines of the Four Freddy's Characters that were made in 1983.
Honestly, his voice sounds close to what it was in the 5AM at Freddy’s animation by Piemations, just a little bit higher pitched.
He also lives and travels through the arcade machines which is why they are haunted in Fnaf 2 and Fnaf 3
I love how toy bonny try's so hard to be a superstar and then he's not even in the superstar band.
Toy Bonnie was the biggest opp in 10/20, he’s the only non consistent animatronic and bad RNG can fuck you up haaaaard he likes to play games as he doesn’t automatically enter blackout phase when you put on the mask
toy bonnie is an all time favorite, out of all the games for me :3
You are litterally the only fnaf TH-camr I watch because your videos are so good, congrats on 100k you deserve it!
None of yall fw toy bonnie like I have since the start
Honestly toy Bonnie is my favorite Bonnie design.
Its sad how much the fandom and pretty much the games itself dunk on toy bonnie. He used to at least have something unique that no other bonnies had, eyebrows, but glamrock bonnie stole that from him. I personally love him, and he's my personal favorite solely because my sister is terrified of him
Toy Bonnie: "It's not my fault I'm so much more famous then you."
FNAF 1 Freddy: "I OWN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
(Also Toy Bonnie is my favorite and I really like this video.)
Their ability to pronounce RWQFSFSAXC so casually is kinda scary to me...
18:07 am I the only one who hears "request a Faz fix"? It's fitting cuz he is an error or smth lol
Piemations had a better portrayal of him a decade ago than what AR did
Here's my personal theory of when the Toy animatronics (minus puppet) became haunted, if you're interested in it.
Toy Bonnie being Glamrock Bonnie’s predecessor and having THAT personality should be taken into account researching the mystery lol
3:33 Sorry, I wish I'd remembered at the time I mentioned the issue with, "Toy Bonnie is one of the lesser threats."
Basically, his timing is completely different from the other FNAF2 animatronics.
7:32 I like to imagine those were off-model/concept art based toy designs that were so popular they based the animatronics on the toys
Just out here casually pronouncing Shadow Bonnie's actual name
Love the video and I entirely agree, though either way he’s my favorite in the classic Freddy’s era 😭fnaf 2 poster child
