I think city are looking more solid without those players in the past 2 games. They're more patient, they keep the ball well and don't rush anything until an opening offers itself. Unlike when those players are available -- they're more direct which sometimes exposes them in defense.

I prefer Foden-Alvarez duo to KDB-Haaland. Both Foden and Alvarez are utility player upfront.
1) You can't nail them to a position
2) Their work rate is second to none!
3) Both can effectively score and assist
4) Both players are young and thus, the duo partnership will keep getting smoother by the day with more ample years to play.
5) No 5 most importantly, they both don't need to be fed, they can take the ball and do magic.
6) They are both not predictable which makes it more dangerous.
7) They are my favorites
KDB is good as well as Haaland but they are becoming predictable except their isn't any focus on their partnership. KDB is overall best player for CITY but Rodri is the most important for CITY as he has no perfect substitute
