24:48 Unlike any other cc Lulu poly does not interrupt channeled abilities. It queues up and only activates after the channel is finished. If she had poly'ed Samira, you would have all died anyways. That's what balances Lulu's poly vs all other skill shot cc abilities.

Apparently pro Rammus players don't build Plated Steelcaps because it reduces the damage taken and therefore the damage dealt from W. They actually usually build Sorcerer Shoes.
