    hello! the video is great!!
I have a question, where does the safety factor come from? (1.25) some standard maybe??

The safety factor is not standardized; it depends on the lifting requirements of the site to determine the acceptable margin of crane capacity above the load being lifted.
For instance, a few construction sites mandate a minimum crane capacity of 1.25 safety factor or an 80% crane utilization rate for the total load to be lifted.
In contrast, other construction sites permit lower factors such as 1.2 or 1.1... etc.
Please check the site regulations pertaining to lifting.
      Thanks for the comment :)

1.25factor where is coming this pls explin sir

Usually for lifting, 1.2 to 1.25 is required safety factor for crane capacity for lifting.
It's depend to site requirements for lifting.
      Example:
Total Weight of Cargo to be lift = 5ton
      Crane Capacity = 6.25ton
      Safety Factor = 6.25/5 = 1.25
      Utilization Rate = (5/6.25)*100 = 80%
