      Quran Verses: 10:5; 25:61; & 71:16 claim the Moon is a Lamp! In the 5th Century BC, I'm saying around 436 BC a Greek dude, Anaxagoras, stated that the Moon reflected the Sun's Light. He further stated the Moon was just a rock & not a God, for which he was Exiled. Several Centuries before Mohammed.
      What can create the illusion to the naked eye is that, one night you view a distant star. The next night, it has moved away. What may have happened is that it simply burnt out.
      Your Religious Leaders thought they were onto a good thing moving to the Wes. They're getting loads of money from Saudi Arabia. They claim Welfare here!

    Sorry, but you don't know Arabic.
    The word you pointed to in other verses as meaning "vast and spacious" is "wasea", which indeed means "vast" or "spacious. However, the word used in this particular verse is "muaseoon", which is a variation of the previous word, not indicating the vast and spacious, but he who makes something vast and spacious, in the present continuous sense.
    In the first part of the verse, the past tense is used "we built the sky". In the second part, the present tense is used "we are the one who make it vast and spacious". So the verse is saying that God built the sky in the past, and that he is the one who makes it spacious in the present. It doesn't necessarily have, but it can perfectly be understood as an ongoing process, which basically means that God keeps expanding the skies.
    Now that is the difference between looking up three words in Arabic online for the purpose of arguing against Islam, and between actually KNOWING Arabic.

    • @exmuslimchronicles
      @exmuslimchronicles  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      "we are the one who make it vast and spacious" 👌
      ya.. that's not "EXPANDER". you just substituted the word as u like.
      The verse only said Allah is the one who make it vast. And do no ignore the As Samaa' word...which just means "the sky" that Allah thought is a "ceiling" that "a piece of it can fall on people" 🤣
      Fact is Quran did not even know other than the sun, moon, and stars. Because that is ALL MUHAMMAD COULD SEE.

  • @GiganticMythicalSpaceFishWhale
    @GiganticMythicalSpaceFishWhale 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Actually, the understanding of the expanding universe in The Qur'an is way before science prove the universe is expanding. We believe that even when science haven't prove it yet.
    Once before you guys mock us for that. Now you guys say the otherwise, saying it's not what we believe. 😂
    What you do is just picking the other translation for the word which doesn't suit science. Since arabic word have many meaning in one word. And that's just meh. 🤦🤣

      Hate to burst your bubble but if a book that predates the Quran says the heavens are expanding, then there is no miracle to be found in the Quran.
      Which book you may ask? Look no further than the Bible.
      Isaiah 45:12: It is I who made the earth and created mankind on it.
      My own hands stretched out the heavens I marshaled their starry hosts
      Jeremiah 10:12: But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding
      Prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah lived around 700BC...1300 years before Muhammad and 2600 years before Hubble discovered the expanding universe

      @@latstar3538 Well yes ofc, i know the bible has it to. And there is nothing strange about that.
      The bible, or injeel, was once the holy book of God too. It's brought by 'isa (as), or jesus, to correct the coruption in the torah by the pharisee.
      The Qur'an is kinda like that. You can say that The Qur'an was sent to correct all the coruption in the bible. The coruption by peoples who twist the teaching of 'isa (as), or jesus.
      Be honest with yourself. You already know the bible is not the 100% the teaching of jesus right.. you know someone already corupt it, but you just don't know how bad it was corupted..
      Maybe soo bad, it makes you afraid to know..
      And i can't blame you for that. Peoples by nature are afraid to see the bitter truth. They prefer to be inside their Comfort zone, although they don't know what actually happened.
      Because jesus also said, there are still many things that he cannot tell you, because you can't understand it yet, but the next prophet would come and complete his teaching. Something like that..
      Aren't you curious about it?
      What kind of completion?
      I can give you one example if you want.
      The Qur'an will complete the knowledge about the 6 days of creation in the bible, so you would understand what's the real meaning behind it. Do you want to know?

    • @latstar3538
      @latstar3538 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @GiganticMythicalSpaceFishWhale your false prophet and dead god thought the Bible was uncorrupted as per 29:46, 35:31, 10:37 , 12:111, 3:3. So you muslims who continue to say the bible is corrupt are actually in complete disagreement with your false prophet and dead god.
      Perhaps you shouldn't bring up the 6 day creation story as there is a huge quran contradiction in there.
      And no Jesus did not say a prophet would follow him. Jesus was the last representative of God to come to us. He will also be the next representative when he comes to destroy the armies of the antichrist (who will be muslim) attempting to destroy Israel and kill the Jews

    • @latstar3538
      @latstar3538 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @user-sl7ik2cc8f the tafsirs claimed the heavens were expanding "long before my stupid claim". As i said, the bible prophets who said the heavens were expanding lived 1300 years BEFORE MUHAMMAD. The Bible declared the heavens were expanding long long before your false prophet was born and even longer before your tafsirs were written.
      Cope.

      @@latstar3538 So? The Veda also have the expanding verse. And it's 3000 years older than your 1300 years older bible prophets. Does that mean your prophet copying the Veda? Nope. Lol.
      Bro, islam being younger doesn't mean it's copying yours. It just mean those religions came from the same God. But they are already corupted, including yours, except for the last one, islam.
      That's why God sent the last prophet, to correct all the coruption on the previous religions, and as the latest update on religion meant for everyone until judgement day come. And islam is the last one.
