I was wondering how to talk to this with my clients without making them feel uncomfortable with better Somali words 😏

I would seek counseling or therapy if I found one that would be understanding of my background and wouldn’t judge me due do their own views. I wish I could find a Somali therapist in my state!

Depression and anxiety come when you cut off the connection between you and almighty (Allah). Well, what is the connection between you and allah? It's prayers we have to pray 5 Times daily. So, that May Allah wiped out all our anxiety. You should suggest us to pray more to have strong relationship with almighty, rather go to see Therapist. May allah Grant us goodness and guide us on his bath. Thanks.

Sure now try and apply it to a broken bone. And realise how stupid you sound.
Islam cares about mental health we have positive affirmations throughout the day. But people can need further help. Its not a shame to get ill.

Mental health and mental illness are same as any other issue that requires a professional help. You don't tell someone whose experiencing pain in one of their organs to go pray and read Quran, you tell them to go to the doctor, same is with someone who has depression,Anxiety,PTSD,trauma.... you encourage them to go a therapist.
You are right that connecting with Allah gives the person a peace of mind but also Allah wouldn't taught us what Psychology is if its wrong. Go back to sirah read how Prophet Mohamed صلى الله عليه وسلم treat his companions you will find your answer and hope you change your mind about Psychology, you seem you could benefit from it.
