French Tour Normandy

We travel to France from Dover to Calais with Irish Ferries
First stop Camping Caravanning Pommiers des Trois Pays Licques before moving to Camping L'Île des Trois Rois Les Andelys we explore the town and climb Château Gaillard a medieval castle ruin overlooking the river Seine.
Next stop Camping Municipal des Bords de l'Aure Bayeux where we look at the tapestry and look round the city.
Next day we drive to Arromanches-les-Bains 12 km north-east of Bayeux on the coast where the Normandy landings took place on D-Day, 6 June 1944.
We return to Bayeux to the Memorial Museum of the Battle of Normandy.
