"Genocide Joe" Chant at Trump Rally in Pennsylvania

Former President Trump gave a speech in Pennsylvania Saturday night during which a member of the crowd starting a chant “genocide Joe,” which really caught on with the crowd. What exactly did they mean by this? Was this guy a pro-Palestinian activist or a run of the mill Trump supporter with a random insult for Joe Biden?
