Saw a few comments where people are facing problem with their IP connection (had the same issue) stating that the site cant be reached, after typing the IP to the playbook. Don't forget to open (on your phone) BlackBerry settings > network > wifi > IPv4 and copy THAT IP address stated there to the playbook and than click LOG IN. DO NOT COPY IP ADDRESS FROM THIS VIDEO, it is just an example, your IP would be probably different.

Thank you for your sharing, You need a fresh setup for your BB10 Device, you can reload Software by autoloader in your BB Z30, then get an update, after giving an update, I hope the issues will be solved. (No Extra Apps install before full setup)

You're supposed to enter the IP Address found @ Settings » About » Network » Wi-Fi or USB » IPv4 in the Device Hostnames/IPs field.
