Thank you brother. I was told the exact same thing over and over again. And its super easy to do. All you need is to grind a bit off the shock mount holes and 2 inch wheel spacers. What a huge ride quality difference.
great video, i was just wondering about those shocks last week. also i put bandit suspension springs on my trail shocks and night and day. very responsive and absorbs bumps atleast 75% better. i can carry more speed over the same terrains than stock set up with comfort. for you guys all 4 springs are 169.99 plus shipping. time i got them in canada cost me $343 tax and shipping. still money well worth it. i set fronts with 1" of thread exposed and 3.5" in back with my bracket lift and its noticeably better.
I have a 2021 zforce 800 ex. I need shocks! We ride tracks and there are some jumps. (Offroad Adventures of Durhamtown, check out GP track on youtube). What shocks do you recommend!
Tell your buddy we have shocks for his RZR 1000 XP too lol. As far as the EX shocks on the rear, yes they will fit BUT... with that much more stroke you could run into axle problems with up travel. Time will tell, you never know till you get er done lol
Thank you for all the awesome content! I ended up just recently purchased a zforce 500 trail and had a question about the elka shocks you mentioned towards the end of the video. I looked at elka shocks and they don't make some for the 500 trail but they do for the 800 trail, do you think the 800 trail elka shocks work on my 500 trail? Or would a set of bandit shocks be a better route to go? Thank you
The 800 trail shocks will be the same. But if you message @Hesters motorsports he can get you a Hester edition Elka shock package set up for your machine. I have a video on it. th-cam.com/video/wuKyfULRV3I/w-d-xo.html
@@franknewhart6265 i cant agree buddy. If you leave the 800 stock it will be fine. Im not sure what kind of riding you guys do. But. My wifes 500 trail gos everywhere i go sometimes it struggles specifically on hills but it does get the job done. I highly recommend the 800 that way when you need the power its there. And if tour afraid of the extra power as a beginner you can adjust the throttle stop screw. They are both great machines dont get me wrong but i do wish i would have gotten my wife the 800.
I highly recommend you follow my channel. I update something in every video i do this for my true followers. Im not a fan of people coming for 1 video not subscribing or leaving comments or a like. So i do updates in multiple videos. Little hint throw the stock shocks away and buy elkas lol.
I read 3 years ago it couldn’t be done, but obviously if it can be you’d be the guy to do it. I’m impressed.

Awesome. Thank you for the feedback
You could always swap out to EX arms and axles. That would allow the use of the 800EX shocks front & rear.
If i ever find some free high clearance ones for mine i will 😂
Getting ready to get a 2021 grey Zforce 500 Trail. Hope I’m not disappointed.
You wont be. The 500 is a awesome machine
Thanks! I like your channel. Good info and resources for future needs. Thanks man!
@@wallacespangler8766 you’re welcome. Thank you. I hope you enjoy 😉

Hesters motorsports best shocks around.
I’m almost sure the reservoirs will fit if turned to the inside of the machine.
Did you see how i made them fit? You cant turn them in no clearance.

I had thought about limiting straps. We shall see. I told him 😂 now he is saving $ 😂

Hello, I am getting a 2021 Zforce 500 for my wife do they have a good engine brake. Thanks.
Yes they do. They work great.
@@R.N.GPerformance Thanks, This is her first side by side I think the 800 trail would be to much.
I am going to put on the wheel spacers. I like your videos very informative . Thanks again.

How can I make my 800 uforce have a softer ride... 2019
Get you some stage 1 Elkas from @Hesters Motorsports
If you ever decide to part with those CFmoto 800 shocks, hit me up.
I put them on the trail. Im keeping fronts for back up.
Yes, but if you ever decide to upgrade, keep me in mind.
@@garypatrick2403 i will.
Can you tag these things were you are???? In MD I’d be in cuffs on the side of the road if that were me driving on the street lol
Yes sir they are tagged and insured. Were able to drive all over the state.
RedNeck Garage That would be great here! The traffic here is terrible so that’s probably why. Thanks again
