@Basjuhdeuil Hey, if you go to 7:55, we explain that we just had it popped already for easy access so the video flows smoother for you all to watch. he closes it all the way and latches and explains that. hope you like it though!
I agree with other comments about being powered by an LT engine. Ruined it. White also hides bodywork. And I personally think the interior could've been looked into more for more options. But overall, I would rate 8.5/10.
lol, yeah he did. It needed at least $20,000 taken off of that price at least it so I could swap in a nice 347 sbf with a Tremec T56 6 speed. Also needs Mustang II front suspension and a mid/late 60's corvette independent rear suspension. Now that, is a 60,000 dollar truck.
Beautiful truck. As a car restorer by trade, I can certainly believe that some gold-chainer spent that kind of money having a shop build him a truck like that. It adds up fast ! The attention to detail is astonishing , then you get to the belly button engine under the hood ... BIG disappointment ! The ultimate cop out . You spend all that money on the details, then you stick the cheapest, most common drivetrain into it - boo ! This truck would be a step ahead with a dolled-up flattie in it , or at least something else interesting - anything ! And toss those terrible hood sides with that engine . The wheels are horrid and outdated as well, but at least they just unbolt and can get tossed away . I can even live with the white, since the truck it so nice. At least it doesn't have dayglow stripes or paint splotches down the sides. Too many easter egg street rods out there already. Other than those things, nice workmanship.
thats cool and all but there is a guy that i know he built a custom caper shell for hiss its looks like something out of a mag or tv but its a tab truck that serves beer out the back for his BBQ events its ac cooled and everything looks bitchen
They say the owner invested $150,000 to build this truck but there is no way they will find someone that’s willing to pay that much. Myself mark my words if they get $65 thousand there doing good…
My dads got a red one almost like this. not as much craftmanship but its a tank. Seriously fun to ride/drive !
its to damn nice to drive around only place it goes it the front of your classic car buiesness shows and at night or bad weather in garage
