Very few men like Henry are able to tap into it earlier on in life that is why we are all so amazed and admire Dianna for finding such a man! For women, I can say as someone who does not have a human child yet, that that kind of wisdom starts showing at usually at varying stages after having children. I felt a glimmer of it after I adopted my beautiful pups from homeless shelters.

I recently started the Keto diet at the end of January, (using an app called Keto Cycle) and have lost almost 30 lbs in 2 months without exercise. I have about another 30 lbs to go, but I noticed it’s also helped me feel less moody and more even tempered as a mother.

As long as the foods you cook are healthy, give him a little more rope...not to hang himself...but to gradually grasp hold of what you're doing. He might not go all the way in with you at first, but he will eventually...maybe not, but give him grace. Most of us have started and fallen off many times on our journey to healthy living. He might have to encourage you some day to stay on. Grace grace grace is what we all need.

I also replace noodles with zoodles (spiralized zucchini) you can slurp them just like noodles :)

Cauliflower and Broccoli rice is excellent and delicious! I’ve switched over also. I steam it with a little minced garlic, chopped onions, salt and pepper…delicious! What a great difference it’s made in my overall weight and health! Great job Dianna!

It’s hard loosing weight with those who are not but you must think of yourself. I have learnt to cook normal food for my family and prepare my own healthy meals because some of family still like red meat, rice, etc…I make my own meals and quietly do my exercises. I do incorporate my healthy meals but I try not to force it…after all they end up ordering pizza etc.
Kyungho really is attentive and encouraging, especially in public. That's a great husband right there. Or it may be signs he's hoping for baby number 3 three.😄 LoL
Rice is very satisfying along with cooked veggies & lean meats , all in moderation! Asian & Hispanic people live long healthy lives eating rice & legumes all our lives! Cauliflower rice is a very good replacement but I have to also eat 1 cup of white rice, at least, to feel satiated .

Can you show how your elevators work? Does each elevator go to each suite? In my building, you get off a floor and there are 9 suites on one floor and you just walked to your suite. Dianna, I know, I know, I know what you mean about white rice but I grew up eating it and so far it has been impossible for me to kick. If I don’t have rice for several days-I crave it. I’d like to think that I eat enough vegetables and protein to make up for it-just a little. 🤷🏻♀️

I Love this channel! I am going to join the first 2.99 a month to start, but can I make a suggestion? What about for one of the perks on one of the levels is Kiungo and Diana Teach us basic Korean. And /or When you go out to a store you to a teaching on how to order food etc. One day I would love to visit Korea. this is just a suggestion. It seems like both you and Kyungho are showing progress in losing weight and getting healthier. And I like how Minji and Jun are socializing well with other kids. And to give you one more tip, red ginseng water is also good for recovering after the workout. From time to time, I hope you and Kyungho can drink red ginseng water as well. 😁
