The line Sebastian mentioned here (Black Widow saying "You could at least recognize me" as Bucky strangles her) is probably a reference to their brief meeting in Cap2. So yeah--Falcon may have a legit chance of winning Black Widow if Hulk doesn't show back up. That said, I'm rooting for Black Panther and Black Widow--I thought they had a very interesting chemistry in Civil War.
But why would his recognizing her from trying to kill her before, in any way alleviate the situation when he was trying to kill her again the time she mentioned that he could "at least" recognize her? Makes no sense. The only reason recognizing her would've made the slightest bit of difference to him would've been them meeting before as friends or allies, or at least in a calm situation.

Feige is trying to stay truthful to the comics but also make it fresh even for comicbook readers. I understand certain things movies screwed up like characterization of certain characters to make others better or to give them more room. But I do think by getting new tv series they might rectify their mistakes and give them proper amount of screen time and character development.
